The hero of mine
My closest kin
Protector of fear
Where do I begin?

A mind of books
A wild story teller
Helping me sleep
Brothers bestseller

You took me away
On the high seas
We fought armies
Bullies and Thieves

I idolised you brother
Always by your side
Bikes from the shed
We'd go out for a ride

Long summer nights
Watching the skies
Satellites passing
Stars filled our eyes

But...

Youth escaped us
We were no longer free
The weight of life
Came down on me

The sun didn't shine
The shadows grew long
I searched for you
I tried to be strong

I missed your stories
I needed you brother
We drifted apart
From one another

I tried to reach you
But silence befalls
Keeping me out
Surrounded by walls

Ten long years
Since I saw you last
Only memories remain
Left long in the past

I really don't want
Our story to end
But our bond is..
Too fragile to mend

My PTSD doesn't just affect me, it pushes those you love away. They can't understand why you are not the man you were before. It's difficult, but it is what it is.
Heavy
Hard to find
Made to blind
Native to the air
Never a match
Cameras catch
My brilliant flash
Intensely luminous
Inert bondless boundless
Brilliant under pressure
Near weightless to measure
Alone a harmless asphyxiant
The living keep their distance
The dead are drawn to the brilliance
Fluorine bonds but it’s a valence
I would be the element Krypton
If the galaxy were a neuron
You would be my fluorine
We crave the current
Rarely apparent
That makes us
Flamboyant
Transparent

As I walked this earth to find you
I also found myself.
On my way to you, I understood that
this path is so long, though,
it could never unflame my heart
for my steps, toward you,
were never bootless;
beneath the act of loving you
I also learned to love myself.
Beyond the search of you, yet I never sought,
I also learned the now of my present
for in you, I am bondless
yet boundless at the time.

Wash out all the vengeance

As the water washes the dirt;

Insert new hope and to start newly

As the new clothes embrace your skin;

Brighten your life with new lights

As the lamps wipe out the darkness;

Let the life burst with delight and success

As the bursting crackers drag the delight in.

Bloom with the new start and happiness

Wipe out all the fears...

Let the Day of light cover your life

With bondless happiness and fill you with light...

"Happy Diwali"
Spread happiness with the day of light....

And
within moments of pity,
pride, possession, avarice;

and still, moments must resentful,
lustful, arduous, close;

some great current, unmoved
unblunted, unweakened, unswerved,
remains aflow;

for common nearness, a bondless magnetism,
abounds through within faith-constance,
ever-surmounting that sight or scent
there without.

Bondless stars dancing in holocaust
They fell in a meteor shower, suddenly.

I want to renew my wishes, once more
That's why I look at the heavens.

The earth lost her drowsiness,
While the sun light filled the hollow sky.

The river dances with her own current,
She goes on towards the sea, for ever.

What do I hope to sing, at this moment
Woke up in the crack of dawn, in brevity.

Age crawls wordless
Agony scrolls bondless
Years just rollsby effortless
But passing time worthless
Makes me senseless
And I sniff aimless
Moving useless
Live a life meaningless
Giving results effectless
Accepting challenges baseless
Head towards old age spirit less

If I never met you
My path would shine like morning sunlight
Reflecting through the dew
If I never met you

If you never met me
You path would flow like rivers driving
Towards the open sea
If you never met me

And the sun slowly dies
All the rivers run dry
Blue sky turns to black
How can we ever turn back

If I ever knew why
Your eyes cut into mine like mountains
Piercing through the sky
If I ever knew why

If you ever could know
My heart like bondless chasm pulled you
Deeper down below
If you ever could know

Now mountains fall to dust
And the chasm's filled up
All the forests drop their leaves
Surely now we can see
That my sun's surely died
And your river's run dry
Both our skies fade to black
We can never go back
Love is the we kisseed link
A bondless memory that cannot
Be remembered but lets us be
That let's us live till time
May let us  kisss again
That love not be forgotten

But for no fault of theirs,
Left to circumstances around them,
Shaped by influences that took 'em in,
Ultimately cast into mold of ne'er-do-wells;

Backs turned on reason,
Facing a life of cold embraces,
No warm meals,
Bondless, mere statistic;

They have chosen the path,
To pay in misery's kind,
Dish out as much,
Leave them a taste of they got;

This is the language of their existence,
To engage in violent agitation,
Disobedience pays living stipend,
Opulent lifestyle funded by militancy.
Many of Nigeria's young never have never felt the presence of
a caring government in their lives. All they have ever known is lack
and impoverishment. The things that make life meaningful to them
were never affordable and nobody except their weather beaten parents seemed
care about them, that is if they did at all. Abandoned to fate, they latch unto
any means that will give them desirable ends
