Your voice echoes in my mind,
But it sounds like chimes in the wind,
My image of you is restraining,
     Yet my spirit soars overhead.
If you sit back and pretend all you hear is silence...
...but if you lean forward,
It comes rushing to your head,
A sea painted red...

Nevermind
I've got a thousand little voices
In my head
Pleasantly whispering
I'm better off dead
Hanging over me
Like a silent threat
Everyone I've ever known
They're all dead
There is not one more beautiful than thee
In the entire universe to be found.
You my darling mean the whole world to me,
I am ever thankful that you I found.
For me no other could there ever be
Whom I could love as much as I love you.
My heart and soul you have won completely
For all that you are and all that you do.
For your beauty far more than skin deep is,
You are wonderful in so many ways.
If one thing I love more about you 'tis
How you do brighten up all of my days.
Truth is I love the very bones of you;
I always have and I always will do.
Without you here,

I've been able to name stars after myself

And ***** my fingers on roses that I've planted in my own garden

I've read and written poetry because I have identified myself with confidence and happiness

And the throbbing constant ache is at a dull hum

I'm foliated sketches and the dog-earing of my favorite pages.

I am the prayer I say at night before bed and the gratitude I feel in the morning

And without you here,

I am still all of those and so much more

Without you here

I am so much more
As your weary frame shudders,
as your bones quiver
at the resounding echo
of the wailing wind blowing
your spirits with the leaves of
an unforgotten winter,
encompassing
the familiar loneliness that
outshines bliss.

And when the days are
overshadowed by your fears
and the shoals of the ocean waves
crushes your soul against
the condescending
cluster of rocks
cloaked with
your hopes
and your dreams.

I will carve my heart out
for you.
I will build a home in
it's place,
to protect you.
And set myself on fire
to keep you warm.
I'll stitch a happy smile
on my face even when
you & I are drenched
in our tears.

A creature ruled by Venus, so elegant, so pure, stares at the moon, thirsting for more. As it smiles back at her, the light bends around her face just to caress her cheek, to let her know, there is something more, something far beyond, in the distance, waiting for her. For a creature so elegant and pure, cannot sit in darkness for long. The moon has something in store. A gift from the lord, something that has been there all along. A gift from her past now brought to her present. Has this happened before, I'm not sure. As the spirit in the sky returned the gift to the moon, it then smiled back on our creature from Venus. He handed her this gift, not quite concealed. But she still couldn't see. For too long she saw flowers wilt, lights flicker, wells dry up, and seasons change. The next night as she looked outside, the moon was gone. Oh how she cried. Oh how she hurt. She cursed the moon for all its worth. As tears dried and her heart slowed. She heard a knock at her door. As she twisted the cold metallic handle and took a leap of faith, with eyes wide open she felt the night's embrace. "There you are", she exclaimed. As they sat together under the dark sky, now with the light inside, they knew this was forever. And though some may say it was selfish to take the moon from the sky as others need the light to see. They realized, as long as they had each other, no one else would need the moon. So as it goes, there presence together sent ripples into a sea, a sea of people, planets, creatures, and trees. A force so strong, a power so great. They looked into each other's eyes and she finally said, "This is fate".

Matthew Dante Cosentino
One ring to rule them all, One Ring to find them,

One Ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them.

Three rings for the Elven-kings under the sky,

Seven for the Dwarf-lords in their halls of stone,

Nine for Mortal Men doomed to die,

One for the Dark Lord on his dark throne

In the Land of Mordor where the Shadows lie.

One Ring to rule them all, One Ring to find them,

One Ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them

In the Land of Mordor where the Shadows lie.
