like the moon
I go through

phases

some of my
lights go out

and I become
dull and distant

give me time
they will come

back on

like the moon
I do not ask

for praise or
forgiveness

it is just a
phase

I am going through

Sea
I am the deep, the sky in reverse
I have what you seek, for better or worse

I am the blue of infinite depth
I've swallowed the crews and cleared the decks

You are afraid or maybe intrigued
Of the place where you played and also was freed

Kiss me now like you did before
Give me your vow and the ocean is yours.

Tears bestirs the moon
Heart dangles as willow weeps
Cruel, her love short lived

Another mini haiku from my journal based on the Chinese myth, Chang'e. 💜
So many variants but beautifully melancholic and tragic no less.
If you haven't already, please watch Over the Moon which is a retelling of the story. Great songs, Chang'e's costumes design is sublime [I love Guo Pei's work!] and a lovely tale.
Always and Forever is one of the most beautiful songs sung with her love, Houyi.
As always, thanks for the support! Yall are amazing and blessed.
Stay safe and well out there!
Much love,

Heavy Hearted
Sometimes I regret every single thing
And
In my pain- I pass on by

emotionless  oh but still it hurts

You tell the truth,

N I dodge your smoke,

As if sometime I could regret.

away and then I cry....

Won't you go away?

emotionless
You gimme nothing when everything's still the same
Away.

Tacit, silent, calm
Midnight time
There is no response anywhere
Only sky is filled with stars.

Somewhere in the field
The foxes have called out
Suddenly the wind blows
The light of fireflies glow.

Birds fall asleep at all
With haphazard wings
Dreams come and go
In the courtyard of the heart.

Evening star is the sister of the world
Name of her is Venus
She is the closest to the world
She does not have any secondary planet.

In 225 days surrounding the sun
She circles around
If one stands on the Venus will see
that Sun wake up in the west and sets at the east.

In the evening along the western sky
in the early morning, and in the eastern sky she glows
That's how her existence is being told
to the universe.

That Random Guy
We looked
             like many
                         things, but
                                       in the end
                                                 we were none.

A girl was selling flowers,
white orchids she had clipped.
I found them rather lovely
and placed one on your crypt.

Like a bygone love, it wilted.
Its petals dried and fell.
You're long gone, I know,
but I hope you're doing well.
