Gravity is depressing!
I would rather fly
exchange my shoes for a glide
A million places to go
watch me soar
now life's a bit interesting
blissful flips and somersaults
just at times when I'm quite sad
or just because I can
and you can too.

Gravity is depressing;
Gravity is expensive!
Take my car for instance
the one I see in dreams for instance
Or the stress of sending up a satelitte
a job that 10 flying men would enjoy
So it's a yes for space exploration
Would have been easier if
we all went to Mars sometime
visit Saturn for summer
orbiting around it's many rings
of cos there will be a warning around mercury
I hear you might mistake it for the sun

Gravity is boring!
A pen
The power
Your pleasure
All held
In my
Wavering hands

don't cross oceans for people who wouldn't jump puddles for you.
You're not a want
You're my need
My daily cup of morning coffee
My food for thought
My greatest source of oxygen
My soul's elixir
My heart's blood
My biggest support
The one who lifts my spirits when i'm down
The one who cheers me up when i'm sad
The one who makes every pain go away
The one who loves me for who i am
The one who accepts me with an open heart
The one who completes me in ways i could've never imagined
Life without you holds no meaning to me
I'm blessed to you have someone like you in my life
I don't say this often enough
But you truly are the best thing that has ever happened to me
I was down in the dumps when i met you
And how you helped me ressurect my life
I love you
I admire you
I respect you
....my dearest,lovely,sweet wife
Twenty years and counting...
...till death do us part

Star Gazer
I remember your hair,
As it lit up the night,
I remember the sight.

I remember the morning after we'd fight,
Because we never made the wrongs right,
You'd face to the left and I to the right.

Back against back the next day,
Not a single word we could say,
To make anything go the right way.

I remember your heart made of clay,
The way your sight had stray,
And I could remember you walking away........

That day.
Trees

I am a peculiar tree
Growing half in rock
And half in the sea

The winter winds do bother me
I need the spring to set me free

I envy ivy trees
So full of green

I can't stop the gale
But I can change my sail

Star Gazer
I say so much in words,
Yet when I stop speaking,
I no longer am heard,
So do I just stop seeking?

For words that paint me,
Or metaphors for medals,
That award the blue sea,
and my bicycles black pedals.

Similar simile sings,
Songs of the soul,
Coating hearts in bling,
and piecing parts to whole.

You damaged my heart slightly that night,
little pokes here and there,
And my blood is calling out to me,
wanting to be released.
And my razors are sitting smiling at me,
because they know my demise and
they love towhat they're seeing.

but I won't give in, I'm not that weak.

You wrecked my emotions slightly that night,
and it's a emotion crash
in my heart body and mind
"Crime scene" tapes hanging all around
because my happiness was killed
and along with it my laughter died.
And my tears are crashing against the walls of my eyes
because they too know my demise.

but I won't give in, I will not cry.

You took my sleep slightly that night,
staring in the dark,
creating my own sky
It's beautiful and so was I.
And my insecurities are awake
they're by my side
trying to hold my hand
and mock me tonight.

but I won't give in, tonight I'll smile
even if it's fake, I will smile.
