hard to believe
hearing you say
you did not want me
would not have us
anymore

could not control
the clench of my heart
when you told me
words so few
leave
find someone new

"Old News"
you said I was
"Old News"
and you just
did not want
me anymore

waved your hand
in front of me
to be sure I understood

Could not control
the clench of my heart
when you told me
with words so few
leave
find someone new

"Old News"
you said I was
"Old News"
and you just
did not want me
would not have
us anymore

waved your hand in
front of Me
to be sure I knew
We were not to be
forevermore

As i sit here
And let the dew
Wash my face
And let the morning breeze
Smell me

Alice
There are these times I am lonely
Under the luminous stars and moon
Peaceful and quiet as it can be
I know we will meet someday soon

The blue night sky at its darkest shade
Never seem to bother me at all
The lights are piercing the night like a blade
Can you hear the mysterious mountain's call?

Sitting in here
Talking to the clouds
Avoiding the crowd
Should I be proud?

Dark n Beautiful
After every storm the sun will smile; for every problem there is a solution, and the soul's indefeasible duty is to be of good cheer.

"Please don't leave"

She just gives me a look
But thats all she needs
To show all her feelings

"How can I be leaving
if i was never really here
in the first place"*

Her voice filled with sadness
As she turns away
Walking with sure steps

I watch her back
As she walks out the door
Tears rolling down my face

In this field where red roses die,
turns black and shrivels and dry,
Is where tulips thrive,
Yellow and white they multiply,
Dyed grey is the sky,
As storm clouds roll by,
An icy wind bites, despite
The raging fire inside.
Here, love is despised
As all is deprived.
This is where dreams, hope, and desire
Shall meet its demise
In solitude, due time.
I wrote this when I read that yellow and white tulips represented unrequited/ one-sided and hopeless love

OD
Let me OD on the ecstacy you give me
Does this count as a 10w?

I have a flighty heart and a feisty mouth;
Fall in love too often and fall apart too fast.
It's been so long
Bloom and grow, pale rose so fair, and when the time has come
let loose gossamer failing petal, and pass the morning's song
unto the day's new gentle light, and into time of worth
bear fruit for the new peradyme,in glorious new birth!

Loving you
Is what I want to do.
If you don't try to control me,
You'll see
I'm a good guy
By and by.
This poem is based on my unfortunate experience with my last girlfriend.

One little leaf
born from Autumn
kissed the ground

the fall was light
but came the night

One little leaf
born to die
kissed good bye

For our loved ones in heaven.
(you're always in our hearts)

hailey visscher
cold. blurry blinking blue
back in light glistening iridescent white
crested waves crashing to a tide pulled under
quiet—

below the surface swimming
soft sway current sweeping shells
fishes bubble breathing
drifting.

mountainous shores sandy shallows
washed in crystal casper
and silk sails in the sky
soft laughter.

joy-filled jubilation
splashing smile simply bubbling
beckoning back to be beneath
the sea.
