Volumes of silent sighs echoing in darkness
Exhaling in a languidly soothing release
Escaping  entrapment from deep slumber
Expelling aches, angst, sorrows, surrender...

You shouted words disastrously,
Sparks flying off your tongue.
But I had no words to serve you,
This burning wasn't fun.

Your viciousness got louder,
As I walked myself away.
I'm not here to feed your anger,
I have nothing left to say.

Your voice it seemed corrosive,
But with no reaction to meet,
I left you wincing awkwardly,
Your bile stinging your feet.
Don't let unreasonable people get to you.

Freedom is
when your
conscience
doesn’t
accuse you.

Biggest problem is mental health
governments only concern is wealth
public health systems a joke
People going broke
We work all week, just to pay rent
No food in the fridge, bills being sent
Constantly in debt, people upset
Everyones stressed, families a mess
Just trying live, day to day
But all we do, is pay and pay
A shattered heart
no longer broken.
A torn conscience
no longer lost.
A tormented mind
no longer conquered.
A depressed being
no longer shaken
by emotions' digression.
A defeated being
no longer vanquished.
Activated mode: evolution.
Things happen that makes us change from who we once were to who we are.
Being a poet
is both a pain and a privilege.

All you do is
bleed your emotions
on a thousand pages
while people sing your praises
for ages.
Only a poet will understand.

You
Your touch
burns my skin,
as hot as a blazing fire
Your words,
pierce my heart
just like a sharp dagger
Your eyes,
undress my soul,
gently and effortlessly.
You,
wander through my mind,
at any moment and any time.

Within the seconds between night
And day,
In dusk and in dawn,
I dwell in the grey
And balance the moon with the sun.
