And tonight I'll write
a thousand words
to shout what my
mouth is too afraid
to whisper.

For far too long
I was a hopeless soul -
wandering lost
at sea like a
shipwrecked
sailor...
until your beams
brought me back to
shore.

your rays of light
traveled to my ship
in sound waves and
beautiful songs
of childhood
stories and dreams
of the future
guiding me
back to land.

the way you gleam
has me blinded and
too in awe to function.
the sound of your
voice as you speak
of things dear to
your heart makes
me melt faster than
ice cream on a blazing
summer day.

a dazzle of your eyes
in the sun is a maze of
excitement and adventures.
i could get lost forever
and never ever
want to return.

you're you and
no one is better.
that's truer than true.
only time will tell
of what may come.

but as for now,
I only wish to
thank you
for being
my lighthouse.

"Ïn love with the moons"
in to her ear, his inebriated
soft murmur pours,

"Don't tell me that"
she playfully taunts,
"So wicked you are,
moon, one or the other
feels the pinch a bit too much"*

Her disagreement,was meant
to be just the opposite,
the logic of which is clear, only
to lovers, in intimate moments.

Every touch is so orchestrated
to create a provocative effect,
as if there is a secret pact between
the moon and the gentle flow
caressing the mossy river bed, the tide
that  comes in with full force,
and flows out spreading peace.

They both stand under the spell,
full, milky moon and wildly dance,
till the effect of moon induced amour
completely, conclusively subdues.
The saddest thing in life is wasted talent
You were my biggest challenge

To not only have you fall in love, but to keep you fallen

It is not easy

If only I could see we'd turn into a tragedy
We forgot why we loved each other in the first place

But remembered each other's mistakes

What would it take ?

My words don't mean anything anymore
And about you... I'm not sure

My dear moon,
My old friend,
Who listens to my thoughts
All night,
Who knows my darkest secrets
And my deepest desires.
Step sister of the Sun,
You give me light when
I need it the most.
One day,
I will join you.

Lunar
don't look for me when it's bright,
when i'm hiding in the night

not sitting under the sun
but lying on the moon

with my right clutching the stars
as my left hand holding my heart

wishing in the dark for light,
wishing just for you.
a self-titled poem! hope you guys enjoy this one.

Moon oh moon
Bring back those nights and higher tides

Drifting my love closer to shore
Instead of taking her away

Moon oh moon
Light the path we once walked together

Guiding us safely home

Moon oh moon

When you see my lover tonight
Tell her I said goodnight

Sitting near the window
Looking for a shadow
Or to another shooting star
So she can make a wish once more...
Where are the shooting stars?
