I can hardly recall less than 90% of my life. Bits and dramatic pieces, death and traumatic strife. I remember the good time in a hazy fuzzy blur, I recall the way it felt when my wife was giving birth.
Yet I can’t actually recall all the years between,
between the time I was a pauper til the time I was the king.

I touched her sadness, I felt to cry
A mere spark of empathy remains
If only tears would fill my weary eyes
Yet short is my emotional pain...

I dreamt a dream that broke my heart
And cried like the pouring rain
But when I awoke my pillow was dry
In darkness my sorrow remains...

Surely life exist

We hear the screams
Of the strong
Devouring the weak

We all must
Eat our meat
It is eternal
What we seek

It don't matter if you chop the head off the beast, the head keeps growing back. Changing from blue to red now back to blue, evil is clearly on track.
Yet how many more heads do we need to chop, to **** the beast and make this stop?

No need to censor the sword,
it's simply a gift from the Lord!

Lost in the shadows
Are the building blocks
Of the dark poets

Pre-operational
Innocence
Trying to fit in
But the dysfunctions
Left wounds
And walls within

The ignorance of societies
Left its mark
Condemning
Then branding
The misguided heart

Ideologies that captivate
And disturb the measure

I'm not
Burning bridges
Or trying
To ***** walls
I've no time
For grudges
Against people
For no cause

I won't be bought or sold
I've just one simple rule
Never feed a hungry bear
Or
The next meal maybe you...

So emotionally receptive is the perception of a woman
To see her eyes light up with intense caring
In the presence of a child
To hear a flutter in her voice
As it echoes from her heart
The warm greetings of her touch
She can read the eyes of the ones she loves
And feel the pain of a suffering stranger

And it is very true that there is no fury
As the woman scorned
And that is a lesson
Best not empirically learned

The loving spell of a woman has power
Over the leaders of great nations
And can cause a good man to fall from grace
I landed on my knees once
When I was young and naïve

The beauty of a woman, the contours of her womanhood
Can be so alluringly addictive
That even a glimpse can take the breath away
Yet despite all her powerfully dangerous compelling properties
I’ll take my chances

Where have you been
Haven't seen you
Since...
I don't know when
Living in
This crazy realm
Could have used you
At the helm
But here you are
Again at last
And...
The dogs of doom
Are on my ***

When I was lost
It often rained
The Sound of Silence
Magnified my pain

Got turned around
Couldn't find the path
It started getting dark
So I lit the map

The heart beats stronger
When panic sets in
I found the cave of destitute
But I couldn't find Zen
...

Proud to serve
such empty words
The war machine
is quite absurd
No glory of service
as innocents dies
Sign over your soul
on dotted lines.
Pledge allegiance
close your mind
Thank you for your service
But we must warn you..
Don’t you dare step out of line.

Raw and wild
A  rollercoaster mile
Tails of flames
Shining stars untamed

Across dark sky
Shooting stars descend
Even the brightest stars
Burn out in the end

But burnt out stars
They burn so bright
In the peaceful calming  
Starlit nights...

It's far beyond perception
Or even resolve
Enticed by redemption
Their parasitical call

We draw less conclusions
Blind in duress
The bloodshed solution
Another day in the west...

Hay there big pharma!
It's prime time that you quit
Quit pushing all your deadly drugs
In our face while we're just trying to relax and live
Using sublime advertisement
Putting thoughts of cancer in our heads
Anxieties needing your special antidepressant meds

Discontinue use if you break out in a mad rash
Or if you start bleeding from your eyes or unfortunately
Your ***...

Big Pharma
We will take a pass!

Forgotten now
She's no longer young
I can taste
Her name on
The tip of my tongue
I see her face
So elegant yet tired
We once shared
Her deepest
Darkest desires
Oh how I miss
That kind of fire

Dust settles in empty spaces
Caterpillars morph while lost in stasis
Stuffy moths need butterfly ***
To spread their wings
To retrieve their hum
Oh what have I become
With my indignatious sum

Twelve billion years, I’m still here
Existing beyond the void of love and fear
Where nowhere becomes somewhere
And emptiness becomes me
Bound by the hierarchies
And called of spirit to be free

Subjectively pursuing the objective life’s best
My soul ever fighting this simple-minded quest
Still I proceed and the vanity never ends
As fast as I can put it down, I pick it up again

A god that ascends or a god that descends
It makes me no never mind
I probably worshipped one or the other
In a better vanished time

Time in a moment disintegrates
Love like a molecule evaporates
Thoughts are like clouds passing over real loud
On into this world they penetrate
Solutions with new problems that complicate

Blinded by neuroses my desires run wild
I turn over control to my inner lost child
Developmental damage on the ladder of my soul
Pretending not to notice my issues become my foes

Twelve billion years, somehow I’m still here

Did you ever wonder
Who I really am?
Look how easily
You left me and your memory of me behind
A shameful picture trapped
Way, way back in your inner child's mind
Secondhand narratives are all you've ever heard of me
You see, the law...
They put me away when you where only three
Not the way it was meant to be
But second chances can heal
Not the red, the blue pill
No one can know how they're gonna feel

Written down
Bent or broken
Encouraging
Feelings inside
Endorphin release
With a twist of the mind

Expressed
But seldom explained
Maps and mazes
Through the poetic brain
Meditatively rewarding
Each creation creates

Stellar waves of rhymes
Crashing through time
Abandoning ships once we sync

The eye within our minds
So bloodshot sublime
On the thin ice of a galactic ice rink...

Passing through this illusion of reality
Far beyond the perception of logic and past
The barrier that limits knowing
I can see my quantum soul
Here the emptiness is no longer empty
The nothingness is actually something-ness
Here the building blocks of objectivity
Spring forth from subjectivity, holding no conclusion
Just endless whole parts expanding eternally!
God is a never-ending creation...

The nature of earth
is the balance of power
I’ll never come back
from smelling the flowers!

Shall I deny
The shadows inside
Until those shadows fade

Or bleed them out
Let my darkness shout
Define my heart's dismay

Shall I despair
The judgmental stare
For the things I truly believe

That are not aligned
With the separatist mind
Or a people no longer free...

Beneath every fallen star
There's a flickering light
Behind every wandering eye
There's a will to fight
Between you and I
The poetry flows
Bled from our pens
Forged in our souls

Your's are the words
That stir the soul
Rhymes and riddles
Beautiful flows
The heart beats with passion
The mind's eye travels deep
And as we power down
Our new friends

At the quantum levels
the wormholes connect..
Muse is but a solar radar
where particles redirect..

The patterns open
in a dopamine state..
Brilliant thoughts
begin to race..

We are merely antenna
in the bio waves..

Try not to hate me
If you can
I never meant
To expose my hand
Yes it's true
I just don't believe

To all I see!

A translation beyond
right versus wrong
The questions of life
bear no relief
nor answer
While the raging heart
beats on...

Inherit the burden
of forgiveness
Your belonging
has tied your hands
Join your heart
to the universe
Heed the true call
of human.

Imagine the illogical
A common sense that lacks
Parasitic phenomenon
Clinging to ones back
Involuntary commitment
To a shadow haunted state
Just behind the unconsciousness
  Unable to feel safe

I hate to sleep alone
When one eyes opened wide
When the shadows go a swirling
Up the walls and down my spine
But I've felt too many things
In the journey of my soul
I'll take them to the grave
When the shadows lay me low

That gets me thinking

A poet’s words
only get in the way..
There’s exits no language
for what we so desire
to convey…
Still we attempt
page after page.

I know it to be true
The gods have chosen
Me to be blue
I know it to be real
The blessings of the gods
  Is the hell I feel...
I travel through time
What a lapse
Upon ones mind
But I’ll remember
In due time
The love that we shared
That is
If the gods would let me
One last time
Come up for air....

The Sun and his rays
In lover's pursuit
For all of their days
A Star is born
In eternal light
Flickering dreams
Strive to take flight

In proximity of
The Giver of Life
She spins in dark skies
The goddess of night
In the absence of
Her lover's smile
The howls of doom
Greet the wild

The promise of heaven
Was not his to give
Two hearts lost forever
And so shall we live...

I’ll still be around
When your born again!

When a wall in our mind exists
Between intellect and spirituality
It tends to be a dangerous wall...

An abundance of life
In a cycle of death
How much living
Could we have left?

An abundance of stars
Displayed in the sky
Endless pleasures
On a summer's night
Hear and see
Touch and feel
The reality of existence
Consume at will

An abundance of love
To plant in our graves
Pushing up daisies
I wish we could stay
