scrambled words
ripped papers
blue ink
scratched lines
taped pictures
heart shaped drawings
darling i'll write for you
even if
the pages worn out
i'll scream my lungs out
even if
the sentences struggle
i'll reminisce the memories
even if
the polaroids becloud
darling i'll write
a thousand poetry for you
even if
it's dreadful
darling i'll do
till i'm weary
till there's nothing left
but this shattering pieces
of heart
that loves you
terribly
tremendously
unconditionally
here's for the unspoken
the untold feelings
here's the one
for you

oh my crescent
how are you today?
shine your light on me
i'll capture the slightest glimpse
of your beaming moonlight

a shady night
raindrops from above
cursing every petals
that falls to the ground

oh my crescent,
where are you tonight?
a wondering heart
longing for your presence
to shine your light on me

an empty dull room
with opened windows
crumpled bed sheets
in a night so chilled

oh my crescent,
how do you feel tonight?
sorrow as i do
without my crescent
to shine your light on me,
darling, shine your light on me...

all i need is a little rainbow
after a stormy rain

all i need is a drop of water
in a drought desert

all i need is a smile
that forms on your face

my favourite curved lines
that lights up the whole town

fallen white blizzards,
all the wintry days

fall, summer, winter
all seasons along

darling, a little smile
of yours
would surely be nice..

darling i'll be gentle
words float like feathers
caressing your redden cheeks

darling i'll be good
running these fingers
through your tangled hair

darling i'll be still
holding your hands
through the storms and rough waves

when all the leaves are golden
when all the water dried up
when all that you can carry is nothing
but heaviness of these world
on both of your shoulders

darling, look closely
listen carefully
i'll be there,
wherever you are
Nada Syafira Jan 2017
darling, breathe in
as the strings of guitars
strummed by these fingers

darling, lay down
as the wind blows
through those windows

darling, close your eyes
as the sun goes down
over the green grass hills

of heart that was torn
shattered into pieces
causing tears
upon a little girl's cheeks

of eyes that dimmed
no longer be seen
now has lighten
and she's simply smitten

two feet
standing on the sand
of a calming sea
waiting for a love
that sails towards the shore

it is peaceful
yet thrilling
because you never knew
to where the wind blows
