Soul Search
Luna Lima Aug 2017
I don't go to church
My soul need no search
You tell me I'll go to hell
Well, I think that's swell
I don't want an eternity of harps.
Wrote this after some idiot tried converting me to their cult.

Haiku #3
Luna Lima Aug 2017
Old woman at store
Working hard to make end's meet
She is abandoned
A haiku inspired after I saw an old woman working in a store, looking lonely and forlorn, and probably disinfranchized by our poor social security.

the horrors we create
Luna Lima Aug 2017
the worms crawl into our brains
as we passively accept our reality
the worms crawl into our brains
as we lead our lives so mundanely
the dream for which we reach
proves that we're asleep
and as it molds itself into a nightmare
we realize, alas, too late
of the horrors we create
My first poem on HP.
