You asked me the other day
if I loved you.
I didn't know, so I quietly told you so
I've been thinking,
whenever you're around, I can't think straight
I love being around you, I think of you 25/8
Is that what you call Love?
Because, if it is,
yes, I do love you.
I love you so much more than I thought I would at first.
I Love You more than I love most other people
But Is this love?
do not be afraid to express emotions
for they are yours and no one else’s
there is no such thing as overreacting
because like chemicals
we are made to react
so produce emotions
shout out your anger
speak your sadness
love loudly
whisper your passions to the stars
and tell the wind your frustrations
do not be afraid to feel
to change
to fight
to question
for you are made for so much more
than bottled up emotions

His smile could light up a room,
and so much more.
I could think about his smile,
and find myself smiling as well.
His touch sent me into a frenzy
His presence,
it was the worse,
it made me forget everything I knew.
and left me thinking about him till I drifted off to sleep,
then, I would dream,
of him, and me....
He's my everything.
Autumn, I love this time of year
Not quite Winter and still some sunny days
But the leaves they are a turning
Changing colours from green to red, yellow and brown
Trees shredding their leaves all about you on the ground
Autumn, I love this time year
I have always wanted to see fall in New England I imagine it is stunning, one day i will get there
Sometimes,

I think of taking my hands
And ripping - splitting - cracking,
My ribcage in two.

The breastbone splintering apart,
My torso opening like a rotten tree.
The inside hollowed,
Like a lake that has been emptied

I've convinced myself that
Fragrant flowers
Would grow there.

That they would grow feverishly
In the gnawing gap
I had created.

And that time would preserve
What I had done.

I loved him

so much

yet

it
wasn't
e n o u g h
to make
him

S t a y
...
it was all I had, and it wasn't enough
Your eyes
Are the most gorgeous shade
Of home,

Complemented perfectly
By
A smile the colour of love.

The poetry of motion
Rotating light
Changing tides
Birds in flight, floating, diving, calling
Endless stars when the sky is right
Redsky clouds at dawn
and in the night
Cedar ridgeline
Across the bay.

The poetry of motion
Changing emotions
The waters are never silent
the poetry of motion
Allows the restless soul to rest.
