I SAID LOVE IS THE WORST LOAN IN TERMS OF DEBT.*

*I SAID I AM STILL PAYING THE PRICE FOR IT.
Watching the sea
Counting the waves
Am I still sane?

Building castles
Out of the sand
To be washed away

Singing our song
Whispers to the wind
Will you hear me, dear?

Sunrise, I have seen
Now at sunset, I gaze
Waiting for the rain

Wish you give a look
A moment on this shore
While footprints are still here
My one last poem this day. Getting busy again.
Years from now I'll go back to this time
Where I went to a funeral and touched the hands of a dead man
And I'll remember the voice of the man who passed
And I'll remember how the cold of his hand stained my mind with thoughts of distress
I'll remember how he used to be
And I'll remember my final memory
Of a wax-looking figure colder than ice.

Maybe I shouldn't have reached out with my heart in my hand
In hope that my warmth would bring him back
Maybe then I wouldn't have hurt so much
When I touched a dead man's hand

You give me bliss
In times of sorrow

You hand me love
In my world that consistsĀ  of hate

An endless black hole in my heart
Reminds me of a lonelinessĀ

Your strong words of truth
Bring me comfort and supportĀ

Voices of serenity remind me of you
They make me feel safe

No I won't let you go
I refuse

Your my true love
My heart only wants you
A place with elves
dwarves, hobbits and men
A place with tales
We hear again and again

A place with adventure
That will never die
A place to laugh
And a place to cry

A place with songs
Of ancient days
Sung by elves
Merry and gay

A place where you hear
The hobbits laughter
Where they live
Happily ever after

Where mountains are filled
With silver and gold
Where the dwarves mine
Mighty and bold

A place with men
In cities of stone
And their great king
Sits on a beautiful throne

A place with lore
To others unknown
A place that I love
A place that's my own

There I live
And there will I die
In middle earth
My heart will lie

when you told me
you like me
it was funny
So much emphasis on time.
We spend our lives counting time.
Rolling wheels to the next road sign.
Yet we sometimes forget.

writhing thorns engraved in bark
the wood creaks as each breath clones dark
ancient thrones of malevolent sprites
thus thrusts in everglade crevasses alike

dew drops, swirls, a complexity
masks nature's generosity
authenticity aching bones lost completely
as flesh groans in lacerated deeds accordingly

quick, hold your breath
as the earth moans in discontent
ivory, savory whimsical delicacies
the thrones topples atop star ridden daisies

sigh, beloved, my beloved king
splinters etched in wooden sheathes
close your eyes, dreadful king
as the children of you forest

grow tall to die
I used to grow up believing everyone was a Christian
I've never heard of combat
Everyone was always happy
It was world peace on Earth
Everyone was a Republican
But I guess that's just because I'm Texan
I never knew pain existed
I never knew love and hate could be used in the same sentence
I never knew love followed bawling fists
I never knew love could be aborting your unborn baby for the sake of yourself
I never knew love was selfish
I never knew what it mean like to feel dead
Because each day made me feel more alive
I thought everyone would have a gateway into Heaven
I never knew one could ****** to no mercy
Whether it's oneself or another
It is still ******
I used to think it never got stormy
I would always wake up to the birds chirping
And the sun shining
The smell of coffee strong in the house
Breakfast ain't breakfast if you ain't got meat
I never knew bullying existed
I was just always a jolly 'ole girl
And I still try for the sake of humanity
But sometimes my foot falls into the hole on the sidewalk
Oh! My innocent kid thoughts.
