sometimes,
you close your eyes
and remember how his voice
sounded through your ears.

I missed it.

Find me a place on earth where
Women have 50% of all rights
I would like to go and live there

Find me a place on earth where
Women are 50% of population
(Currently women are 51.4%)

Find me a place on earth where
Single women parents are 50%
(currently single women parents are 70-80%)

Find me a place on earth where
Poor women are 50%
(Currently poor women are 70%)

Find me a place on earth where
Women comprise 50% of global work force
(Currently women work force is 60%)

Find me a place on earth where
There are 50% women living on $1/day
(Currently 70% women live on $1/day)

Find me a place on earth where
Women produce 50% agriculture food
(Currently women produce 66% agriculture food)

Find me a place on earth where
Women earn 50% of wage/ pay
(Currently women earn only 11% of wage/ pay)

Find me a place on earth where
Women own 50% of property rights
(Currently women own only 1% of property rights)

Sadly, there are no places in the world
Where women have 50% of all rights

Now please tell me friends....
Where should I go and live?

Let us LOVE each other and
Create such a beautiful world where
Women have 50% of equality in all rights

Let us begin with YOU and I

From the time we put a face to beauty
We alter how we view ourselves
She tells herself she will never compare to
Slim this
Pretty face that
But she is that
She is this woman who looks for pretty in all the wrong places
When pretty is she
It may hurt her to realize she is pretty
From the substantial amount of makeup
To the outfits she takes hours to find
Putting in so much time to pretty..
For the world
But in reality
She is
Pretty face that
She is the woman who takes off all of what she puts on
So when the day is over
Pretty hurts
When pretty is she who is looking into the mirror at me

Roseanna
Roses are red,
Violets are blue,
What would i do
If i loved me too?
It's a given to have a shot at your standard poem on valentines day.
No valentines for me this year, gotta start on some more self love first.
