I could sail from our dock to the Atlantic,

My favorite things in the world are of the earth and universe.
Tulips and sunsets, stars, and pearls.
Tiny ants in thier colonies, apes in the trees.
The birds in the skies, the bees in the hives. The people and thier lives.
I love the oceans.
The land.
The dirt, the rocks, the sand and sediments.
The mountains, the canyons,
The glorious fruits and harvest.
The beasts that wander the plain.
The raw emotions.
The feeling of rain.
Water falls and waves that crash.
Geysers and volcanoes that explode.
The plates that corrode.
Tadpoles, and toads.
But I love art, where we take apart things and make them new again.
But in my heart I know that destruction and reconstruction are not creations but reductions of the majesty that is the tapestry of our home.
Our strife stems from our preservation and elimination of life.
Why do we build and destroy?
Why do we seperate and divide.
Why do we unite and create.
Why do we love?
Why do we hate?
Why do we imagine great gods that manipulate our fates?
Why do we engineer great and terrible machines?
Why do we covet shiny things.
I simply can not rise above it, my
confusion of the complex curiosity of my life as I know it, our lives, life.
Buy I know that my favorite things are of the earth and universe.
I wish I could live in the woods again
Then maybe I would understand all of our problems and all of our plans.
Until then, I stress with unrest, how these men could mold and blend the societies to arm aristocracy against starving masses.
My life is, our lives, are doomed to consume and be consumed.
I am not sure how to accept the predatorial ecosystem of socioeconomic thriving and surviving.
I feel left out with doubt that things are exactly as they ought to be in our so called democracy, and the powers that govern the boundaries created by man.
I just feel so sad to be a part of this plan.
I wouldn't choose to view the world from my subjective perspective.
I would be free.
I would not take as much as I have.
I would plant seeds, and eat plants.
Build my hut from leaves.
Wait and see what nature brings.
Do a rain dance.
I Realize I am only at the mercy of gravity and the skies, the stars that collide.

REMNANTS RISING
Rising from reductions ,weightless whisp then a possibility of fright in flight

As a minion not forming an opinion is never a crime ,shame or blame a yet to be played game
That blink or wink still unknown verbs ,waiting for the possibility to become part of your personality
Remaining suppressed, not ready for our minds or souls to fully digest,awaiting in embers until forming a flame
Naivete begins as a valuable trait ,holding back fears or tears ,behind curtains ,future fumblings maybe forthcoming

Applications in stages,still blind but curiosity for the future is strength,from blind to building blocks
Distressing verbiage now seen as fancy neuro terms ,tics ,twitches ,no longer from unknown trenches
when younger we plunder ,no time to sit or wonder,maybe symptoms mild,grains waiting to be rocks
Mediocrity can become costly in blunders ,recall that knowledge or sit wondering on the benches

Mild medium as kind stages then BOLD,BRASH even DEADLY,DISASTROUS no longer just phases
Presence of mind now seen as a "present to OUR kind" no fiction or labels, now a need to be stable
Discovery is not an end but maybe a new beginning ,future pain now known to be winning

The introduction of new ideas is the aim
So we can have poverty reductions, increase in employment and development of our country that's the dream.
That's why we crafted our generation scheme
Just so we can leave a blueprint

Change only comes if we want it to be
That is when you and I  understand what it means to lead
Through  cooperative efforts we can achieve out aim
Just you for me and me for you,with this change shall reign

We must leave a better place for the next generation too
That can only be done if we acknowledge this place as our home
Because my prayer is innovation should take us through
But my greatest prayer has been that our hands and our minds be our working tools .

INTRODUCTION
The revolutionary development of modern weapons within a world divided by serious ideological differences has produced a crisis in human history. In order to overcome the danger of nuclear war now confronting mankind, the United States has introduced at the Sixteenth General Assembly of the United Nations a Program for General and Complete Disarmament in a Peaceful World.
This new program provides for the progressive reduction of the war-making capabilities of nations and the simultaneous strengthening of international institutions to settle disputes and maintain the peace. It sets forth a series of comprehensive measures which can and should be taken in order to bring about a world in which there will be freedom from war and security for all states. It is based on three principles deemed essential to the achievement of practical progress in the disarmament field:
First, there must be immediate disarmament action:
A strenuous and uninterrupted effort must be made toward the goal of general and complete disarmament; at the same time, it is important that specific measures be put into effect as soon as possible.
Second, all disarmament obligations must be subject to effective international controls:
The control organization must have the manpower, facilities, and effectiveness to assure that limitations or reductions take place as agreed. It must also be able to certify to all states that retained forces and armaments do not exceed those permitted at any stage of the disarmament process.
Third, adequate peace-keeping machinery must be established:
There is an inseparable relationship between the scaling down of national armaments on the one hand and the building up of international peace-keeping machinery and institutions on the other. Nations are unlikely to shed their means of self-protection in the absence of alternative ways to safeguard their legitimate interests. This can only be achieved through the progressive strengthening of international institutions under the United Nations and by creating a United Nations Peace Force to enforce the peace as the disarmament process proceeds.
