I saw an owl holding a cigarette
any wise words I asked him
he blew smoke into the air
why would I have any wisdom for you
he inquired
owls are considered wise creatures I tell him
well if that's the case, then let me tell you a few things
he took a drag from his cigarette

wisdom does not come from age
it comes from experiences

you could be 100 years old and live a sheltered life
you wouldn't have experienced any hardships to give any insight

on the other hand
you could be 20 years old and live a traumatic life
you would have experienced so much that insight comes easily

he took another drag of his cigarette
age is not an excuse for disrespect

just because you lived in a time where homophobia was okay
doesn't mean that you can continue to hate them now

aging is a time for growing
the times have changed and so should you

the wisdom of speed
mind is underdown and deep
it tells you listen
When your Heart is broken, and
The Words within are unspoken,
When you are Hurting inside,
Is when your emotions have awokened,

When you don't know what to say,
As your skies have turned to gray,
When you are used to bright sunshine,
To brighten up your Sunny day,

When a time you were so Happy,
With a big smile on your face,
Now, you're feeling so down and out,
For, your smile has been erased,

When you would stop and smell the roses,
and Dance around with grace,
Now, you feel so cold and lonely,
Oh, the feeling of disgrace,

When heartbroken you try to cope,
with the feelings build up inside,
Even through this time, there is Hope,
Strength and Courage will be your Guide!!

They say,
"Ignorance is bliss."
Do you know why that is?
You're unaware of all the things you've "missed."

Things already in existence,
Things already happened,
Things happening;
That which is existing.

All that exists.
To reduce it,
We're all learning what 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 is.
Learning ignorance, decoding from it wisdom.

So what is it to be knowledgeable?
What is there that is knowledgeable?
What is knowledge?
Does intelligence exist?

What torture ignorance is!
When you treat ignorance as such,
Perhaps it is.
Being so ignorant,
I could see it.
For the foolishness of it
Is that it is the only route to wisdom!

In how we define it?
By how we describe it?
Of how we perceive it?

Perception birthing perspective,
Yet both products of their environment!
"Self-copulation?"

Of course, given context,
The definitions fluctuate.
So, then our perception of it
And thereby our descriptions of them,
Change or fluctuate also.

Like the rain falling.
Like ice forming.
Like water flowing.

Let eyes shine with endless happiness
Let eyes laugh in lovely moments
Let eyes soften with quiet understanding

Let eyes witness nature's wonders
Let eyes be curious for hidden things
Let eyes observe the world's secrets
Let eyes wander, ever wide
Let eyes dream of flying high
Let eyes show wisdom, the path to success

Let eyes burn with anger
Let eyes cry for all that once was
Let eyes weep with the ache of the heart
Let eyes shed tears for what is lost
Let eyes carry the ache of goodbye
Let eyes flinch at haunting moments

Let eyes lower in the moments of shame
Let eyes show respect and silent strength

Let eyes tell the story of truth
Let eyes speak unspoken words
Let eyes whisper the secrets of love
Let eyes be happy, full of life

Let eyes smile without words, showing kindness
Let eyes care, revealing unspoken love
Let eyes hold contact, revealing secrets
Let eyes hold respect, honoring those they met

Let eyes show emotion ,let them feel
Let eyes live life , so soul may truly live
And you live life.
Let eyes speak

Delineations on wisdom
Can be but delineations of ignorance!

Delineations of wisdom
Can be but disfigurations by the ignorant!

Is there a difference?

There is a difference!
How can it be proven?

It's true because 𝘐 said it!

And so we all do this thing
Of using what one has said
Against who themselves said it.
Is it rejection? Deflection?
Is it acceptance? Confrontation?
It's about how we choose to take it,
Not how another interprets it.
Right?

I heard a wise man saying,
"I wouldn't just abandon a friend
Simply because they were going through
Some strange parasocial moment.
Although, I will admit
That I may not fully understand it.
That I might not be able
To fully appreciate their perception
Of whatever given situation."

For, you see,
We can only truly speak
On that of our perspectives.
Yet, compassion is itself wisdomous.
