Patterned patents of black and white,
Stripes in vertical lines, swirls encircled
One point view and paths within a maze
Weary of single sided mirrored reality?

Look through my eyes, see elongated pupil
Let me be your mirror of a surreal reality
Where birds squint and fleet, feel and squeeze
Catch the breath and inhale the beauty

See the colored landscape of the universe
Walk on the aisles lighted with magnificence
Float in intermittent dimensional zones
Touch the peace within the chaotic world

For there was a time my mind and logic raced
Crazed with fear and delusional love cages
Fade in the wonder, bounce to enlightment
Pounce to freedom, be the wave of the essence
See the beauty in all, feel the love in everything. Thats freedom and it's magnificent. It's superb for I have felt, smelt, seen and touched it's essence.
I see trees on cars
but they are made black
and the sky silver.
Their shape curves,
hugging the metal frame
yet they
slip
away
at a single movement.

Am i just deluding myself?
Every touch, every moment we spent,
Was it all just a lie?
I hate you for doing this to me,
This feeling of love
It just won't go away,
No matter how many times i tried
It always finds its way back.
I hate this emotion
And i hate you for this,
But i always end up loving you.
Every mistake and every imperfection,
It all flies away when i look into your eyes.
Those eyes that keep me from drowning
From all the things that are weighing me down.
You were my light,
My home,
My god,
You were everything to me.
You painted colors to my monochrome world,
Opening my eyes to see the beauty within.
But it all fell apart when you left me alone,
Stranded in this world of black and white.
I will always hate you,
But i will never stop loving you.
Idk why but i just feel like writing about love...

Along rivers of stone, making pictures in the sun
Of giant spider webs, wreathing the skies
Of iron snakes, braiding the lands
Of invisible raven exhaust, intimidating
With every breath, I languish
I yearn for home, away from home

A path of roses, resistance, though trampled
It seems like home is but a vision
Dreaming of a place, soon i’ll be free of this prison
I want to look beyond the pavement
I wrote some notes in the margins, explaining it
Inescapable, this room lacking windows

Children contaminated
The black air holds them in it’s grasp
Robbed of their youth
Long live that sentiment

In the city that never sleeps
Nobody has time to dream

No one cares for the color scheme
Everybody on these streets are mean
Women over here dress to ****

Yearning for a life to steal
Outrageous trigger happy police
Ruthless, spiteful and rigorous
Kindness comes fatally priced

No time for love or paradise
Obsessive depression is what's subsidised
Beggars on my train struggle and scuffle
Oblivious oppression lurking
Delirious children deceived
Yesterday's conception grieved

Craving lust is a must
Ageless shame is
Rationalized pain
Everyone here idealizes blame
S*erenity is an absentee in this chaotic city
What else could make you feel so excited than noticing the yellow lightning upon all monochromes?
what thrills your day in Hello Poetry? List it down!
and enjoy reading!

Through my Mother's eyes,
There is no reason.
No place to turn to when in pain.
Where is the shelter from her tears?
For they drop like the poison of her persecution.
It's cold and lonely in her misty gray world,
Forcing you to always seek safety.
How can you hide from what's all around you?
No justice or truth will penetrate and shine
Through her clouds of defense.
It's tearing you up,
Beating away at your walls of security.
She's wrapped around a web of disbelief,
Trapped...merely pivoting from blocked pathways.
But that will not chain me,
I seek the freedom that honesty grants,
I will survive in a way that aids others to follow my path.
I can't live my life in deception,
Seeing through my Mother's eyes.
