waiting to be retrieved underneath a table

It lessens up a bad vibe not just for awhile.

the power of the Sky turned upside down
upon her head I place an ethereal crown

I am heavy with the emptiness of freedon
all the way we go to finding our kingdom
we will rule the night with masks of neon
breathing in whispers, and simply lead on.

between the flashes and arms and legs
no one will have to feel the need to beg;
they will be experiencing the same ecstasy
open your minds and let them just breathe

Rewind and reverse to what we converse
all the way on our road paved with dirt
I don't really know whats at the end
all that matters is that I'm with my friends

When it happens,
when our lips meet for the first time
and the world around us melts like an ice cube on hot tarmac,
I want to feel like this.

with that song drowning out the sounds of our pining hearts,
when our lips brush together for the first time.

I hope the world softens around us
like it does when I feel like this.
I want our pulses to beat out a song that makes me feel like this one does.

like I get high off of the unimaginable beauty that I experience in the simple things.
