If you give me proof that you are different now
I would leave your mistakes in the past
The taste of your words is familiar
Matches the flavor of bait from lines cast

What I realized is that this is a game
Think ******* with my head is fun
Relationship must be a joke to you
Guess what
You are the only one

When I looked at obvious disregard
For feelings I shook my head
In disbelief you could be so cold
I so easily misled

Door open to you
So many years
Regardless how long you stayed
Was happy you graced me with your presence at all
It's time I put up a barricade

Your eyes would be shocked discovering
Not as weak as I've always seemed
It was stubbornness preventing freedom
Clutching tightly to future we dreamed

Such beauty and tenderness faded
Cruel reality laden with distress
Blind to surrounding hazards
Woke up too deep in this mess

Sitting amidst a plethora of problems
Above reach everything I want most
Projection of the life I could have had
Traded for shaky taunting ghosts

Both directions lay empty
Quiet
Swerve my neck left and then right
Around me is an abundance of air
I can't find any light

Everything I experience grey
Colors make haste
Retreat
Inside the dim stale atmosphere
Also a concerning lack of heat

For when I train my eyes upwards
Sun has vanished from the sky
That or I am being forced away
Rays are far too high

And I contemplate our ending
Have no choice but accept our fate
Memories will remain etched on my heart
One by one your feelings disintegrate

Decay, degenerate
Rot in hell from all this hate
Lessen, languish, lower, regress
Back to when I was a mess
Sink, slide, undermine
I don’t think I was ever fine
Fade, fail, fall apart
I wasn’t “okay” from the start.
When you’re so messed up you make online thesaurus results dark.

I placed myself second
Because I placed you first
Unconditional lasting love for you
My beautiful perpetual curse

I do not like who I was with you
Used to believe each lie you told
Put up with **** near anything
Long as I had your hand to hold

Staying by your side through Heaven and Hell
We struggled with your disease
Swear my pain was even greater than your own
Begged you to stop down on my knees

I asked how I could help you up
Held me and said "I don't know"
Promised with my hand on your chest
To never give up or let go

I won't let you know how deep it cut
To break the vow I strained to keep
How could I stay and watch us **** ourselves?
When I woke up and you were still asleep?

Sacrificed so much for you
Begging one time you'd realize
I CHOSE to walk behind your shapeless shadow
Knowing destination was destined to be my demise

I wish I had not of trusted you
The one that was not supposed to harm
Wish I could trap naivete
Before you held my foolish dreams in your arms

I long for joy I felt when we were new
As our corpses deteriorate
I am now aware of the hazard loving is
Your heart hangs on my happiness, a very heavy weight
I know you have a heavy heart, I can feel it when we kiss.

Embrace us to protect,
few people are rust...
But deteriorate us, with
the breach of trust....
Rust covers the iron to protect from further oxidation..but the iron end up in deterioration..so are few people...
Why are people intentionally cruel and malignant?
Are they too blind to mistake their Achilles’s heel for their forte?
Or do they intentionally enjoy obliterating anything that comes their way?
Indubitably, reeling into their self-destruction and collapse as the roof caves.

Repelling any benevolence into their lives,
They will close all doors with their narrow minds.
Atrociousness will prevail and set forth unfathomable tongues of rhyme.
Seeking insatiable supremacy governing in disguise.

Clearly oblivious to the detrimental exploits they expose,
They will lead a life that is solely self-imposed.
Cultivating an environment of animosity is not astute you see,
People will always revolt and eventually be set free.

Unless you morally evolve and realize you have wronged,
You will embark on a journey that will negatively consume your soul.
It begins with your physical state, depleting with every irrational action you make.
Ultimately, deteriorating your body into an anemic vegetable state.

Reeking of insecurities through the infusion of wretchedness and despair,
your life will begin to turn inside out transforming into an eternal torment of misery and hell.
However, it's never too late to change your tyrannical direction.
It's only compassion, empathy, and altruistic love that will be your salvation.
