Confess, I have to confess.

Who's on the other side of my confessional?

I've thought wrong, I could've thought another, why can't I control what I think?

Confess it, lay your sin.

If I confess my thought, I fear it'll make it real. It's harmless in my head, it's abstract.

But is it?

Look at who you've hurt, the person you love. But never you, why would you care about you?

You should be perfect. Be your best self.

When my best self is deconstructed, all I am is fear.

So confess it, lay your burdens on another.

Be selfish, lay your irrationality for someone else to detangle.

Your strength is fragile, trust me.

I know you,

I know all of you, your deepest fear, your subconscious.

Trust me, you're all that I am.

So confess, give in.

I'm your religion, I'm your truth.

The truth is,
you're not worth love.
the tip of the iceberg

Shy
Being in love,
Is a hard thing to be.
But confessing to someone,
Even worse, it can be.

He wanted to,
many many times.
But it's something he can't do,
No matter how hard he tries.

At the end of the story,
He is all alone.
A shy little boy,
All on his own.

floating...
white noise...
coldness...
so bright...

numbness...
closed eyes...
speechless...
too much...

white clouds...
vast skies...
bound here...
can't fly...

smiling...
hurting...
frozen...
lying...

moving..
stillness...
turning...
falling...

so weak...
so sick...
so meek...
so wrong...

"be busy"...
"be something"...
I get it...
I'm nothing...

nowhere to go...
running away...
I wish for...
a gentle place...

dreamless...
wretched...
childish...
end this...

"move on"...
"can't die"...
who decided that...

breathing,
drowning;

loving,
killing;

crying,
living;

crowded,
lonely;

what's the difference
do you see me
from the trees the grow above me
that grow out to the vineyards
across the dirt-risen floor
yearning for the sunlight
to love once again
as I dwell on thoughts
coasting along the river
confessing out loud
to the dried sunflowers
and the ultralight beams
walking on water with
the thorns on my feet
calling out to heavens above.
