reflects smiles
mirrors pains
its beauty beguiles
entertains

wakes up heart
opens door
transcends art
furthermore

swells in vein
its maddening flow
drops as rain
on parchment glow

once seeded within
grows deep root
makes you come clean
speak only truth

soul's inked beat
pearls dug from deep
in true spirit
have it worshipped.
Poetry is a spirit; they that would worship it must worship in spirit and in truth.

Hey let's play a game!
Post a video on the internet of it just for the fame!
Or maybe, let's play for fun.
And in the end we'll see who has won.
How about some Black Ops, maybe Resident Evil?
Or how about some Conker's Bad Fur Day multiplayer? Cause we can both be robber weasels.
I really like pokemon, also it's all about that Mario.
The greatest character in Mariokart is always going to be Wario!
I'd love to fight you on some Tekkon 6
But maybe I'll let you pick the game, or we could just draw sticks.
So here I made a little cup filled names of different games.
Just draw one Popsicle stick, and see which one of the names is on it.
That way we make this quick and easy
And can get back to our videogames!
Let my words crystalize before your eyes as you memorize these lines.
Visualize my voice clearly as it recites.
Repeating in your mind.
Realize i am with you, by your side as you watch this Sunrise.

Angel, be kind, grow wise.
Always see the smile behind the fright,
The kiss behind the bite,
And the light beyond the night,

May you clearly see trust behind the lies, And truth between the lines.
Ignite a candle and let its light become your guide .
Let the glow brighten your path as the fog clears from your sight.
If it hurts, let my memory dry your tears and my strength become your might.

Darling, never be afraid, let your dreams take flight.
Release your hopes, your disires into the sky.
Your wings will carry you as you fly.
So sing this lullabye softly, as you close your angel eyes.

- Brandon K. Stephenson
A mother who recently passed, recites  a lullabye down from heaven to her dieing daughter, letting her know its okay, to close her eyes. Its her time to rise
On Valentine's Day,
There's Cards and Roses.
No need for acts or lies or poses.
Cos' there is only one thing you need to know,
As there is only one feeling you need to show.
You need to be honest, clean and sincere.
So here it goes loud and clear,
My love for you is so very great,
And it has been up to this date.
But still I'll remain your silent lover,
And leave you wondering who's undercover.
I love you with all my heart,
And ache all the time we are apart.
This poem of love is from me too you,
No matter how you feel or what you do
Do not fall in love with a poet.
She will feed you galaxies
until you fall sick in her brown eyes.
Then, she'll steal the stars from your breaths,
pin them proudly to her chest,
and claim that she's the night.

And soon you'll miss blue skies,
and summer highlights in her curls.
And she'll ramble in her sleep,
say things she doesn't mean,
and write poems about
how she could never be the right girl.

But, when you think you've had enough,
her words will somehow pull you right back.
Because despite her moonlit dreams,
she's just what you need,
to fill up lonely blue lines
about all the things you lack.
I'll show you what it's like to touch.
Finger tips
and
your blood,
boiling from temptation;
you'll feel me in your heart.

I'll race through your veins
and occupy your lungs.
I'll show you what it's like to chase,
wasted nights
spent on
pointless thoughts;
you'll never know when to give up.

And I'll peel back your mind,
where it's me that you'll find.
I'll show you what it's like to fall in love.
A restlessness
and
an empty spot;
you'll be begging me to fill it up.
