Sometimes it's just a hug.
Sometimes it's a kiss.
All you need is warmth.
Looking in your eyes like this.

You pull me in.
And squeeze me tight.
Tears roll down your cheek.
A hug you just cant fight.

Creating new words.
To describe this feeling.
Fierce embrase of reuniting love.
Everlasting and forever reeling.

You have this way.
That turns my heart.
A millions times like the sun.
Wind me up, I'm jack in the box.

Riddled with beauty.
More than theyve ever found.
Delicately adored by me.
How crazy does that sound?

You turn my heart to mush.
Cliche is it?
But there it is right there on the ground..

You ripped it out of my chest.
But it still beats harder than its meant.
***** and muddy bent not broken.
It still beats ******* the cement.

How can I tell you not to talk?
I'm gonna show you.

And when you see me, on the silver screen;
Or when you hear me, over the radio waves;
You're gonna melt.

And when you evaporate,
And you take your new form in the air;
I'm gonna let you rain on me.

Cuz we're in this together.
And I won't have you walking around like that.
I would rather you be swallowed up
And made a small part of everything that's wonderful.

Save your voice for singing.

Forlorn
Heart strewn about the floor
Muscles aching
Waiting at the door
Hoping she could snap and see
Who has the door open for her and waiting.
Be the Titan
The pillar of strength
Knuckles white
The grit on your face
Clenching teeth
One more day
See if you can banish her dismal thoughts away.
Thinking of the right things to say
As I read them clearly everyday.
I know it's futile to fix her mood
But while you play superman
Who's fixing you?
Just because you're strong enough to
You don't have the suffer the lashes she lashes at you.
Not my business
Not my line
I know you'll portray someone who's fine.
Keep it in and smile in front of the lie.
I know better
Cause I'm that girl who's had suitors try to fix her in time.
Nothing to be said
To mend the tracks
To feel the comfort
To make me relax.
And as much as I waited for a salty and blood covered prince
These were all of my problems to fix.
A whirlwind of emotions
Then a blank canvas.
Not that I'm trying to discourage you
Fight the impossible
I've been there too.
I'm hardly looking after you
Behind a screen and looking through
You're not so invisible
That I can't notice you.
Even in the smallest amount
You're not alone in what your talking about.
Just work it all out
In the best way you can.
Broken hearts
Are the hardest thing to mend.
Dearest Frank
Know you have a friend.
You left me here.
In this asylum of creativity.
Now you get to see.
My archive of insensitivity.

The world's more simple.
When you color it black.
Hook please.
I could never take you back.

I never wanted this.
But you extracted it forth.
The truth in the lines.
The best thing you ever gave or taught.

To be with me she.
Cheated the love she had grown.
In the end she chose.
Me and her love she had thrown.

You lied to everyone.
Everyone but me.
At least I thought so.
But it just remained to be seen.

When nothing adds up.
What do you believe?
Do you wait it out?
Or just get up and leave.

In disused field is a blooming temple.
An ancient apple tree waits eternal,
This stone bold sculpture was forged
With nimbus hands and windy eyes.
In hushed airs, Shiva dances to light,
Waves, sacred arms without swaying.

Bearded ones come to pay homage,
The solemn chickadees, the ranging
Sparrows, red robed robins— priestly
Doves, all who see are one enveloped
In graces of the New World Bodhi tree,
Waiting for blossoms so dearly come.

Edge of boughs brim under heavens
Landing with mystic verges of spirit
Into the mind of the eyes of nature—
Kali-flowered ears of lichen are pale
Green in their devotions, pummeled
By seas of seasons, foggy to the fray.

Finches, yellow, reflecting in a star,
Devout wee lamas golden with halo,
Are kneeling above berm, this nobby
Trunk, stave, inside bodacious stupa
Bell who sings clear, without ringing,
Body of elder grace, wisdoms, ages.

In cast irreverence, seldom do crows
Visit, when they do there is menace
Of the Jinn, dark giants in the levels,
Mercifully, out of shame, they do not
Stay, black wings due, die in luminous
Day moon, rain soak sun, balmy mist.

On pilgrim journeys, whirlings, prayer
Wheels, guide shy flocks riding gnarl,
Indie goddess, to overreaching love,
By sores of hollow in the steps, open
To being, brindles of myriad meadow
In temple blossoms— numinous suns.

Of both earth and sky, shines a beauty,
Whose form is written in blistering bark,
The ciphers of tongue to Sanskrit leaves
And lost fruits, given over, unforbiddens,
Within old apple tree a great wilderness
And all the branch of wings are knowing.
