May the air be brazen
and unafraid.
To kiss the glowing embers
in our faltering hearts...

With its fingers,
albeit light and wispy
Yet...
Calloused with experience.

May it never loses
its motivation.
So it could grant us ours
and nurture us back
to flame.

Sure the fatigue would come...
Infiltrating the sanctity of our skin,
gripping our muscles
and chafes us within.
Right down to the bone.

No doubt the fear of future days
would eat at us raw.
It would gnaw at our minds...
Debilitating thoughts that would *******
no one else but our own.

Of course the seeds we've planted,
mightn't see past the layer of soil
in which they're embedded.
Seeds hidden in the ground for future reaping...
They mightn't flourish to meet the harvest
and greet the hand which would
welcome them full grown.

Most likely the days before us
only show of dark clouds...
That constantly scare us.

But today...
Has time and space for us to exist.
Today has a crisp sweetness wafting through the air.
Firm, unwavering ground beneath our feet.
So let's claim today because today is ours to keep.

Today we share the returns...
Of the sweat and the tears that in the past
we've sown.

The first time you turned up,
Like a moonlit star behind me,
This bankrupt man felt all the love,
That was missing in this forlorn fee.
That sound of your shoes coming up,
Leaves me in this delphic hold,
Like a fire burning rough,
Like the warm coffee on the cold.
The air is lingering for your touch,
To smell your cold loving skin,
You're the math of this nerd heart,
You're the Queen of the scene.
This secret side is breathing love,
While you keep sinking ships at sea,
The way you smile is ever enough,
To keep me stuck at this daydream.
A song of young hearts and strawberry crush,
All it could ever be,
Through smiles and a hungry soul,
I' would live a lifetime on the lips I'd see.

The morning cigarette,
With a cup of igneous coffee,
On an early winter morning,
Alleviates the morning high,
Like the smoke from molten lava.

The immature ride to the vacant highway,
The zephyr gust from the near mountains,
Touches the juvenile jacket
And through the quietus of nature,
The wings inside sails away.

The green undertone of cannabis,
It's a rational sensation,
With every roll the paper silhouettes,
Like a shotgun of peace,
The buds displace on the white face.

The rejuvenating smoke calibrates,
Through the dry pipes,
And layers the ravenous soul,
Like a honey bee,
Pouring the golden sugar,
Into the barren depth of an empty bowl.

Like a centaur with tenacious wings,
Accelerating with the air,
Feeling every loop of a fresh wound,
Riding from north,
And taking the fear out,
Like a first raindrop to hit the ground.
His innocent eyes full of questions
looking my face, shaking his voice
Worried about the future and fare of losing
Asked me a question
You are cold as a rain and
I am hot as a sun
Can we be happy together?

I hold his hand, making him secure
Looking at outside
Making him smile
See its raining and sun is shining
Together they make beautiful rainbow
And believe me dear its perfect

I close my eyes, He Kissed my lips
We are together and its perfect

on a long road stands a calm-eyed gypsy woman that has learned to tiptoe down a road that never ends, and at night she dreams of hazel eyes and sea legs that
float above water-the only way to travel
I rode in the black back seat
at the age of three
From Wichita to Selma
in this land where nothing comes free

Across Texas , Arkansas , Mississippi
under stars I dreamed
While a heartbeat
was ever following me

Strange the things we choose
to remember and recall
Are the things maybe trivial
But are another brick in the wall

I lived in Panama City
until I was twelve
Swam with sharks and rays
Fell in love but on it I won't dwell

I ran with wild mustangs
in the wilds of Spokane
Climbed up the Rockies
Trekked the snows in a winter wonderland

I slept in the desert under
the most gorgeous stars
Ate mushrooms and peyote
trying to figure out who I are

But there's no place
No place , like the one
Where you were born

No place
on earth
Can lead you away that's far

There's no where
Like the dirt running
through your veins

There's no place
like the place where
you got your name

the dark would make her fears visible

the dark would bring out the monsters

not from under her bed

but inside her head

her thoughts & fears

would suffocate her

almost choking her to death

her mind was in evil lair

a living nightmare, that she couldnt seem to bare.
and this is why i hate the dark <3

b for short
She dreams in
wild green vines
that coddle and comfort
until they choke.
Her beautiful intent
grows so wickedly and ends
brown, withered, and withdrawn—
rotted roots that no longer
hold promise.
Not even a silent one
for the sun that once
kept her alive.
