i stand here
in this room of cement
dreaming to be on the outside.

though, this dream is mercurial.

i can see the outside, through the one thing in the room.
a stained glass window.

it's colors clashing and colliding, to form the most beautiful picture
and suddenly,

my dream doesn't seem as important.

as the light shines through, the colors coat the room with warmth and beauty.

i've only one thing keeping me from my dream

something so fragile and so elegant, yet has the strongest hold on me.

i've only one thing keeping me from my dream

and yet,

i can't bring myself to destroy it.
kinda proud of this ngl
Startled at night, I awake,
frozen, motionless, immobilized,
eyes straining into the black void,
phantoms darting about me,
springing from every direction,
heart racing, rapidly breathing—
fantasy and fear running amok

I find myself longing
For what I once had
Forgetting
What I could be
Would be better.
Through the echoes of my mind
I'm running fast
I'm running blind
It's the memories
That tend to please
But the darkness does remain

The echo of my youth
The ringing of the truth
Forgotten are the days
When we moved in different ways
But the spirit lives on
With age it grows strong
Keeps you on track to the sane

An echo of guilt
Here the psyche takes a slight tilt
There were some bad times
Some emotional crimes
Fortitude become a great point of reference
Mixed up in a world of decadence
The black dog no longer feeding the pain

The echoes that bring that surreal smile
The one that stretches , mile upon mile
It feeds and nurtures, clothes and warms
Helps guide us through those perfect storms
A life built around the echoes that you made
A life of reason as the light begins to fade
Reverberation
Holds the fascination
The echoes never cease
As you rest in eternal peace
What is a ****, really?
And which seed, next, shall I sew?

Not just questions of the garden,
         They live everywhere we go.

No answers here to be had
But by asking we may grow

See the creatures, how they're milling?
Some for song and some for show

It can all be a little scary
          Left, right, above and below

From the far field
One truth the body always knows

Live faith and sing a song
          Any which way it goes

Live faith and sing a song
           Any which way it goes

In Death
there are only
Machines.

Machines
made to guide the man
to a heaven
that never existed.

Teemers
old
We either become sadder
Or our heart beats become louder
My heart,
My heart is eating so fast my bones are tingling
Vibrating through my veins
My blood stream is failing
I think too much
I don’t pray enough
Lost touch with the angels
The angels lost me
Forgetting this
Words are words by choice
Awkwardly complicated
Passionate souls intertwined in chaos
Beautiful chaos
My hands are shaking, they can’t stand still
I overdo it with coffee, I over did it.
Can’t handle my life sober
So much ****** up **** in the world
Smart people seem like crazy people to dumb people
And if you believe you can change the world
You’re one of a kind.
