refuse to upload?

Ever since I joined HelloPoetry 10 days ago, I've tried to upload a profile and cover photo but to no avail. I've written Eliot several times with no response. Anyone know what's going on? - (A questionku is a hybrid haiku in the form of a question.)

The Birds

The cuckoo with its red beaded eyes feasted upon the red seeds from the champaka tree
While the crow waited for its turn
A couple of parrots
And baby mynahs too
All of them live in peace and harmony

5/22/2018 - Poetry form: Haiku - For many months my wife and I have seen a little brown bunny frequent our back yard from a field in the back that has coyotes, foxes, deer, opossum and raccoons.
