The fairies of the mound
hide under ground
when the light of the day reveals

But as the sun
makes it's final run
the fairies
come out to play

Then there are
those picked by stars
to be the forebearers
of burden and woe

They fly the skies
as night time byes
warning of death to come

Beware my friend
someone comes to an end
when the banshees
starts to wail

It's heard through wood or stone
in every home
no one escapes
the throes

And in the end
the wailing sends
another poor soul
to Hell

Banshees are a special breed
they come from the seed
of a star

In the mounds of folk
does their life evoke
a love afair of magic
from a man made out of a star

Sometimes the banshees will wail
when they think of the love
that parted so many years ago
and
so many light years away
the vulpine duopoly*
did skew terrific results
for their monopoly

they've been so bullish
in fashioning such great ends
*it is quite freakish

The Key

There's a key
      that unlocks rainbows
that I keep within my heart.
It's a little "catch"
      within my chest
             where melancholy begins to start.
It unlocks walls,
      emotions hide behind
              (for my protection).
And it cracks the shell
      surrounding me,
              to give my soul direction.
Without this key,
      I'll always be
              a fire detachment smothers...
An empty vessel,
      self-absorbed...
              bereft of love for others.
But with it...
      ah...then life becomes
              a carousel of feelings.
A roller coaster
      ride of love
             with ups and downs revealing....
all the colors of the rainbow
       all the tastes,
                the sounds, the rhythms..
all the warmth of sacred lovers
       and the heartbeat
               that's within them.
And the key is dual
        in purpose
               with it's compass so unerring;
Guiding to my soul-mates
       with a lifetime
               that's worth sharing.
So, when I've found my heart's desire
       THEN
               I'll set the rainbow free.
Unlock the words
      within my heart
               and throw away the key.

If you could sleep on the way, in the garden of my soul
With your mute desires falling on my perfumed body

Then I'll turn into a bed sheet, letting myself covered
By sky of your undying soul, and i will keep engraved

All over the garden of my soul,,, It's a private property
Only for your heavenly footprints to enter at anytime

With your thousands of petal eyes of billion lighted hopes
Singing the never stopping free tune to perch my soul

I feel better to exist for you in senses with a flowing vibration
Since the souls met long before the bodies see each other

Like the film's flashback in the dark rooms of our souls
In spite of all worldly flaws, the divinity plays its true art

Come angelic panacea without any hindrance at any time
To become one, without any separation in my garden of soul

Light, dark
In the city of
Grim doubt
Holding your dreams to the sun
To prove that you have won
Sink back into your wealth, Prince.

Or play your 'Ode to Youth'
Under the dew-dripping willows
To end the light to all gustos.

Nomad of Hades,
I have seen her emerald carriage...
And the treacherous path she walks on lingers with hyacinths and crocuses.

With every step of her yellowish limbs
She casts another hero to her vestigial garden
And she inhales the golden dust
That grows from the carob trees of lust.

She wears her lies in subterfuge
Even Mercury is struck by that ghastly perfume:
And let Uranus scatter more fertility into the seas- so that more maidens will fall under her trees.

Her weeping, her weeping!
We ask what is wrong, but her soul lies sleeping. Dormant, indifferent,
In lucid fantasies she cries,
'Have you any dreams for sale, warrior of Troy?'

These women, these women! Are they not content with the gifts and ways we please them?
'I seek to hold the wind,' she envelopes me with her long hands and pleading eyes.

And this is why I flee today.
I gave her what I could: intimacy and a place to stay.
Yet a pool of water lays before me and brass-stained roses all dark and gay!

Hélas, she has transpired and leaves with no delay!
Another poem about the Greek mythological goddess, Chloris, who was spotted by Odysseus, a champion of the Trojan War, in the underworld. Chloris is used as a metaphor for loss, addiction and melancholy. She has been said to turn Greek divines into flowers such as Hyancinthus and Narcissus.

She asks Odysseus if he has 'any dreams for sale' because she has no dreams of her own that she can achieve. She feels lost and nomadic.

The imagery of water in the last few stanzas is referring to the fact Chloris was like a plant and when plants transpire they release water  and often leaves the plant empty and flaccid if too much water loss occurs. This is a symbol for her death and self-destructive nature.
