Blush, eyeshadow, and mascara, the empty glare from the dusty mirror distorted the reality from the situation. Self confidence levels being at an all time low, Separates any sane or rational thoughts that arose. The round dusty mirror accentuated my round, big face. A loud sigh of unsureness escaped my lips. For once my face accentuated beauty and enchantress. For once my sorrow destroyed the beauty and the vision of youth. For no fountain of youth couldn't affix. For which desire couldn't be apprehended. For beauty is a dark silhouette in a never ending hole. When you think you're near you retract by force and throw backwards. You repudiate in shock of the dark cloudy truth. For beauty was a simulated fantasy lead on by hope, For beauty stands as an undivided presupposition.

The gods they yearn for mortal malice
For the heartbreak and bittersweet
A god cannot win nor lose
pining for mortality like a child at the windowsill

While gods wage war with fire and stone
Undressed heroes embezzled in golden lights
They know that forever is an enchantment
For a memory holds no power in a life without death
Even stars flicker into darkness
Life cannot be sweet without the wrongdoings of time
Like the sourness of an unripe berry
And the death of a fallen chrysalis

Time electrifies love
Pricking it into existence through forbidden kisses and secret notes

that's where true beauty hides
One must lose to know it is love
I have a quiet lake of answers
For your raging storm of questions.

I have a placid summer meadow
For your hectic pace of living.

I have a waterfall of caring
For the times you feel unloved.

I have a purple sunset
When your world is without beauty.

I am a fresh baked cookie
When your soul is starved for love.

I don't often get to write love notes.

You are like
a lotus in the rain
standing, under the grey sky

but still, your shine is so bright
soaking in,
every drop of pain

and turned them into
the love,
that fuels
your flowering
You are so beautiful

The heart may sleep calmly
in a place where forest grows
the pureness and sharpness
of melancholic memory ride
suddenly guides you aback,
the silence of dropping blood
from the heart to the substratum
of a river's crystal hasty stream
and melt one with the universe.

How, merely small
and insignificant
is the speck of life
under the endless
power and energy
of the dark universe.

How, merely huge
and substantial
we make the speck
among the billions
of arising galaxies
we know nothing of.

Are we the blossoms of a flower?
Blooming but yet retreating
into our protected element.

Going through growth
do we need a plan
or do we just blossom
and find happiness
in the moments of life's
endless incessant swing.

Changing as the seasons
fly effortlessly yet diversely
by our perception of life.
