Take a ride inside your wild dreams
Float effortlessly down a calming stream
Hitch a ride on top a bumblebee
Smelling the roses endlessly
Chase the stars
Catching one for good luck
Find your soulmate and become lovestruck
Get caught in the rain
Dancing around the clouds
Be yourself no matter who’s around
Tonight I hugged an angel
And it made my night
As she looked me in the eyes
And held me real tight
I sang to her a song
And I saw her dance
As her stunning beauty
Had me in a trance
Tonight I met an angel
And she made me so happy
Tonight I was in heaven
Because she talked to me
A poem I was in a pored to write
I wish
her scars were on my heart
and not on her arms.
We spoke of our tomorrows
and whispered a paragon promise,
as laminated truth,
never knowing any other texture
for all we had were our eyes
conveying this pledge
our gazes outshine - glowing,
we could never journey
on borrowed moonlight
The ideas turned to war because war gave them life
The war was a war because both sides were right
They fought for their honor and argued for pride
But pride turned to molehills because both sides had died
A candy corner filled with treats
All eating and all laughing
As I came closer in delight
Of all the sweets I can get
An old woman reached down
To get the box of treats she fed
But came back up as a witch
With grey strikes on her hair
A gloomy wrinkly face
And darkness cursed in the air
She took what was in her hand
And instantly she stabbed
As I woke up with my hip in pain
This nightmare has left me faint
Poem
Nothing is louder
Than silent tears
And 2 a.m. overthinking
do you ever just feel like you can't decide whether to scream and tear all your hair out and stab yourself in the chest or just never say a word for the rest of your life and stare at a wall unmoving

i can't decide whether to rip myself apart or sew myself together so tight i can't breathe.
