Each word is a sandpaper syllable,
And ever breath Is a knife sharpened.

                     Between both all are cleaved,
                                and each part is divided

and consumed when spoken.

we will never heal when both

are motioned upon us at once.

                                       We are cut

endlessly between ourselves and
                           only time can heal us.

Death always wins,
                be it a subtle kiss
                        in to oblivion.

Or a slow caress into an inevitable
                                conclusion of demise.

But all will lay silently,
we will breathe a last breath

upon the road of solitude as all
                     walk alone into deaths exhalation.

Then there is stillness and a static
                                           nothingness suffocating

us in to an unfamiliar future of breathless anxiety.

I am afraid I'll be sad forever
Nothing brings out a smile
When I am down I often forget
It is only for a while
I am scared I'll never be fixed
My broken heart will never mend
When it's aching it feels like
Pain might not ever come to an end
I fear my instability
Urges to make a deep incision
Temporary emotions pushing me
Towards a permanent decision
Never make permanent choices based on temporary feelings

Crying in the street
Tears run thick
And I don't bleed
Contrast of how it used to be

Lying on the grass
Still and quiet
I don't dare laugh
No desire to fight it

People drive past
I don't stare
I scroll through likes instead
Likes though no one cares

Someone tries to speak
But they are mute
I don't like listening now
Tuning out's the only way not to lose

I'm not the same
So much has changed
Yet it's also deja vu
Years later I recognize you

life's ****** up
          before you have

a red bull and co-codamol

then everything has wings..

              and nothings a pain
                               its just numb,

till reality

          hits 5 minutes before bed,

Then who gives a **** till tomorrow.

                      Rise and then repeat....

A gaze falls
like a sunset

never

setting in the same spot

Why let the nightmare sour
Again I've
Told you time and
Time just
Forget your
Guilt and sorrows
And begin
To dream
Once more
The final piece was set into place,
And I dream no longer of that face,
The puzzle is done and I get it now,
What was done, and why, and how.

Back in the box, the puzzle goes,
And what it was, well no-one knows,
It took me years but I found the piece,
That finally let me be at peace.
I hope he compares her eyes to endless stormy seas,
Because I regret writing poems that were anything like these.
I wish I'd never lost any sleep looking for the words,
So I hope he compares her voice to the song of birds.
But I hope he knows poems aren't enough,
She never deserved any of this stuff.
I never loved her, never will,
But I wish her the best even still.
