Silken silver strings strung
Around the vessels in the brine
Intertwine , holding my hand
A battalion stranded

Tiny little droplets drip
They trip over the cracks
In the wood, the oaken deck
Into the seafoam it lands

The algae clad the bones
In tone of green, hues of blue
The barren remains of the crew

In the silver silken sand strung with string on a stranded vessel

Fruits of the brain rolling over the slabs
The wooden casket of my dreams
It is my haven that protects me from death
And ever so stoic in the ground it stands
It will never budge for it retracts the light

But the warmth it contains
On this barren tract of land
In all its chaos in its branding
For the comfort it holds
And the truth it confronts

Protect me

Waking up to sweet lilac rays
The tingling sensation that carresses
My nostrils

I awaken, but my head is chained
To my bed

In solitude my body rests
But when it's solemn it rots
Under the lilac morning sun

A single lit torch standing amongst the stacks of a lonely crowd.

It was the only survivor of the rainfal that swept its peers.

Embers flying around sporadically, ever so lively, it longs to be lit again.

But the fire never came.

How does one douse itself with ease, I wonder.

Picked, plucked feathers are
Lying amongst a bundle
Of broken twining
Usually I don't post haikus. But anyways....

Dim screens turn into
Bright supernovas gazing
At your mere presence

When I floundered I
Got taken by mere fingers
To a new resort

Though hurt lingers and
Pain corrupts the somber air
I always belong

And maybe, I have
After that darkness within
Some radiance spared

What is sand?

Individually it's nothing
But why is it everything

Under the heat of the sun
The mountains standing
The rocks underneath the running rivers

Sand is nothing but everything after all
