I'm going insane
Voices in my brain
Tell me to quit
Alone in the rain

Give me a hand
Even if its cold
I'll give you mine
Then we'll grow old

One of us gets sick
And the other cries
How can I lay here
As the one I love dies

Let me know
What more I can do
Because I love you
And I know you do too

Your final day on earth
I made you my wife
I'm so glad to have met you
I'll remember you for life

Thousands of sunsets
And even more tears
I'll capture it all
While I conquer my fears

This one's for you
As you'll always be a friend
I'll  never forget you
And I hope to see you again

Rogue
Dripping rays of the saturated sun, adorning,
kissing your face as you lift sight accenting
the beauty of your underrated self, reflecting
the stunning soul you contained within

Holding a cup of coffee, allevating
the pain and misery from yesterday's battling
for dawn's a cue of another beginning
So wear your amory and start to gleam
Better than yesterday! You shall deem,
and you will have the favor of the sunbeam
Paint me in any colour you want,
you wish for
Draw any outline you visualize.
This will fade,
Falling victim to the seasons.
A masterpiece
Within itself,
the intricacy of the strokes
Shall be hidden by
the next masterpiece
That will take its place.

The unsung, the
Unheard
are the ones who draw this,
day
And night.
Going unnoticed,
no one stops to
Consider the combinations,
the contrasts,
Its various interpretations,
almost like
Those of a Rubik's Cube.

Layer,
upon caked layer,
depicts violence,
Craves freedom,
breathes anonymity and
Displays inspiration.
Helpful critique welcomed. :)
Pick up your guitar boy
Keep that chin up
Your life's not over yet
Its only just begun

I want the lights to be softer
And the noise to be gentle
So many are so strong
And I feel so brittle

Breath into me again
Resuscitate my lungs
I want to feel like I did
Once when I was young

Familiarity comes to me
Lying on its back
It never wants to stay
It said theres something I lack

I can't fall asleep again
Im not sure I want to

Don't go back to clear the past, back space puts us bck to empty space, accept it...just move on...another shape poetry...

Once the Devil told me "You're not strong enough to fight the storm." Today, I whispered into his ear "I am the storm."- unknown

leaves on trees
wait for a breeze
so they can blow
where'er they please

yet patiently
not always seen
when angry red
replaces envy green

some don't dare
being yellow scared
take the leap
to go somewhere

on the ground
all find out
the short trip down
turns deadly brown

where the time spent
on falls lament
the leafs life
came and went

If you burn our bridge, I will not waste the time or energy to build another. Goodbyes are forever.
The fire that once guided our love has now consumed and destroyed us.

'The sun loved
the moon so much
that he died
every night
to let her breathe.'

the beautiful forbidden lovers
never able to meet
to share warm kisses

but I remember the sneaky Moon
she sneaks out of her dark domain
I see her in bright daylight
swathed in the Sun's golden touch
opposite in the sky
they watch each other
with love so pure

although she is forbidden
in his bright domain
she is there
because she believes
that nothing is impossible

and the day comes
when they can meet
for but a few minutes
they embrace in fire
and we stare in wonder
as they meet
but then they must
drift apart
with broken hearts

she blows him kisses
whispers
'goodnight, my love'
as he sinks beneath the horizon
bursting into colors
and the Moon cries
and whispers
⠀⠀
'I love you.'❋
