Lost myself
In the moment of it
I fell in love
With you for a minute
I can't control your life
You can't let go of mine
Waiting
Hating
What's left in my mind
You seem to cross my memory
If I choose close my eyes
Forever
I'll see
What's next on the other side
Yet I'm left in ponder
It's only half passed nine
But it feels like a century
Like the beginning of time
Since you said goodbye

ty
looking at your blueberry eyes
underneath the cotton candy skies
listening to the world crash down
around us

yet there were no sounds
only your fake bounds
that brought us to our sadness

so we danced the night away
as the skies turned to grey
that was the day
i was no longer astounded
uhh?? im not. good a t writing haha have a nice day
"forgive me"
she wrote
in midnight ink
flowers in her hair
stars dripping down her cheeks
she wanted to say
"i love you"
she wanted to say
"i can fix this"
she wanted to say
"please"
and she wrote it
every word
on the page

noa
this time of year feels like a memory already
your eyes still look familiar
but the looks they give me now are foreign
A florist stands guard at the overgrown garden of broken stone teeth.
Where a million flakes of silver and white covers neatly laid out boxes of bones.
Small, separated audiences quietly chatting to themselves, unaware that no one can hear.
Where their cold grey words drip from frozen blue lips on a falling mist of old sorrow.
The trees once in full bloom appear dead, reflecting all life around.
Where the butterflies and ladybirds used to play, just as the bones in the boxes did yesterday.
Those in attendance file out one by one. They peer left and then right, realising the flower lady has gone.
And it's on their way home as the time ticks on by, the realisation that
one day,
they too,
must die.

Notes of Mortality.
Is poetry dead
took its last breath
eating up all it's words
I'm feeling so hurt
poetry is dead
we mourned for days
sounds of sobs heard around the world

we slept in silence
lights on

poetry is dead
hello poetry welcome back to the internet
