You're in a never ending cycle of telling yourself you are never quite good enough, asking "What am I lacking?" What a trick you play on yourself, and it seems you have lost yourself while you question your worth.
Come to me, let me help build you up. Feel me right here as I put your insecurities to sleep. Let me remind you even at your worst that you will always be enough, remind you that you are deserving, and that you are worthy, until you believe it for yourself.

We were both addictive and beautiful,
We were wild.
With a passion so intense most don't understand,
You held me tight with strong hands,
Always pulling me closer from the edge.
Your lips took me places my feet never could,
Showered me with magic fingers,
Seducing every inch of my flesh.
Bodies locking, so connected,
Breathing heavily,
Trying to keep all our feelings at bay,
We were left blown away,
With one spectacular moment to hold onto.

In the deep ocean you hide,
But baby I refuse to love in shallow waters.
So I'll step into the tide,
Where shore meets the break.
And I'll dive deeper, deeper for you,
For I do not fear your currents.
Even a tidal wave could never pull me away.

You shut down as I speak, and my wasted words fall like sand.
You got me swimming across seas, but I still can't get across to you.
Trying so hard to swim against the tide, but I'm getting tired.
Oceans begin to spill from my eyes and I am drowning in myself,
Sinking into unknown depths with my pain.
