In crowds of shade,

The words poured out like my tears as I held her closer turning her chin so I can stare into her fading eyes...

I watched the glow from her face leave as it walked off with my sanity. I pulled her in closer, tightly, with all my might.
I was hoping I would be able to hold her so tight that she would become apart of me.

Men so heartless ruled the earth for many years
And still today heartless and soulless men claim their hands are free of blood when it's on every inch of their body, and still they control us

Why do men so heartless hold the power with their pride?
Why do the weak have more heart than the strong and heartless?

Trying so hard to impress other people,

Where the freedom to be who you are,
Has been chained up by society’s ideology of who you are.

Your ignorance to love has caused you to find joy in;
Breaking heart,
Breaking rules,
Even breaking the law

Pushed your innocence of a cliff
Evil grew you wings
It was round about the same time you flew away from everything you once believed.

About how drowning in an ocean of superficiality has set you free
