In a cottage near Tibet
an old man in his bed
  lies expecting that
   which all of us will face

    there's nothing on his mind
     he's old and nearly blind
      he leaves no one behind

       a little more ahead
        two figures lightly tread
         then suddenly stop dead
          and turn towards the shed

           then

            one walks towards the place
             where the old man rests his face
              on his old and washed out pillow case
        
               the figure step by step
                gets closer to the shed
                 and then to the man's bed

                  the old man turned his head
                   to face the figure at his bed
                                      "Finally..." he said.

weathered skin,
    calloused feet
       and hands.
a sage mature mind,
    a generational man
      that
         understands.

once jet black hair,
    and a physique
       all youthful
         and chiseled.
now an abundance
    of grey and
       the look of a
          wile veteran
......   so grizzled.

father time has
    been kind to me,
i accept every wrinkle
    i accept all my years
   of wisdom...
       because now i can
be compared to
          a mighty oak tree.

don't be ashamed
   of whom you are,
     don't hide your clock.
let the world see
   your natural beauty,
      don't be afraid
of that sound....
       ....tick tock.

happiness is easy
it's easier to drink soda
than juice celery
it's easier to scroll facebook
than read a book
it's easier to watch internet ****
than romance your lover
it's easier to freeze the fat
than exercise and eat well

yes, happiness is easy
but when did it become
another addiction?

Boy, I really wanna do a job,
Am I, old, that is being snob!

A ****** of Orange and Yellows
Pushed you through the Blue
Into the star spangled Black backdrop
For the White-Yellow companion
Of your Green and Blue Mother Earth.

when we think
we are separate from
the world around us
pain finds its way in

Lithium Leakage.

It crawls.
Has big headphones to hear all the details.
It's monotonous in every way lonely.
It has internal bridges collapsing at all times.
Uses it's vessel in the the 21st century.
But it's soul lives before it's time.
Has all and nothing to live for.
