Fate is so fragile
So frail
So fake

Just one short moment,
and your life is to take
Yet they say it is yours,
it is yours to make

But it lies in the hands
of one little thing

A bottle
A ring
A blade
A sting
A thought

Just one thing.

i like little things
'the' little things
little like a good movie
little like comfort food on a frigid Friday
little like long walks / lost in woods
little like a kiss on your cheek or lips
little like love in dimly lit linen

i like the little things now because of a little monster way back when
little black monster loved my little things so he took them
little black monster made me loose what little smiles I mustered
but I defeated the little black monster
and i offer this as little hand in helping you defeat yours
because I found the little things

little like getting caught in rain
little like a good song sing along
little like a smile on the face of someone you don't know in the street
let them smile for their little thing

so find your little thing
little mug of tea on a rainy day
little flower see on a sunny one
a-little hold my hand
lets go to wonderland down this little rabbit hole
so my little soul
remains
happy
Seek whats little and the big will come.
.put me here.
read me backwards first.
ok.
be will one day one.
today not.
whos worries.
time baffling.
beginning to end from.
you have what.
me for questions.
an.
what.
what.
what.
untitled.
is.
never done this

where does one go to find
a happy place?
one of the most poetic places
someone could own.

but one does not own a place,
do they?
the place takes ownership of you.

so where must one travel
to be adopted by this special place?
what must one conquer
to have an endless supply of happy days?
what precaution does one take
to not be weighed down?
and how does one tell if this place
is real or fake?

places hold memories
they keep them special for you.
some warm, some cold,
some filled with malicious intent
some filled with terrible falsehoods
and regret, regret,
                                regret.
but others have this nice feeling
filled with nostalgia and yearn
yearn for days long gone from today

...is that where one goes to find a happy place?
a happy place in places where one was once happy.
it makes sense, just glancing,
but if you truly look
won't a happy place be sad
if you'll never be happy there again?

I looked through
A poetry zoo
When suddenly
I heard a
"COO!"
And I fell through
Should I ever knew
When the wind blew
I should listen to-
At the bottom,
It's sticky and gross.
Filled with... something,
That I never wanted most.
A small creature
Walked up to me
Little and fluffy
But looks like a tree.
And it said...
"My, my, Sam!
It's like you stepped on Pam.
Don't get turned into ham."
I replied,
"Please don't lie.
Ham is something I like.
How did you even know my name?
I can't tell, but it's not like we are the same."
"How can you be sure?" it said with a smile.
"For you haven't seen me in a really long while."
What else could I do, I thought to myself.
I watched closely as it sat on a shelf.
It yawned and seemed to be sleepy,
But I found this rather creepy.
I just had to run through the water,
But the air got hotter and hotter.
The farther and farther I went,
The more I longed for a vent.
But soon I found
A dark cave with no sound
With nobody else around.
I stood for a bit
Not wanting to sit
But then I heard a-
"SURPRISE!"
The lights went on
As it seemed like a dawn
A cave room for a party
Maybe for a smarty!
Like me...?
Filling the cave were
Little teddy bears... sound, not a stir
They had big beady eyes
And dark red fur
Which I could not despise.
One of them said,
"Happy birthday!"
I was awfully confused,
Was I being used?
"It's not my birthday," I said.
This, I started to dread.
"Who's that behind you?" spoke the little one ahead.
I replied, "Who?"
"Oh, the boy over there.
The one with the sharp teeth
And the creepy smile."
"Wait... WHAT?"
I looked behind me
And saw nobody.

Maybe it's in the air now.
Maybe there is too much going around.

Higher places make people wanna ascend already.
The taste on your tongue comes that quickly.

Gravity isn't lovely,
Most were taught that as kids.

Years later,
hopping on a ship named Titanic 2.
It wasn't for the free *****.

It's always the same.
People dying for the same mistakes.
Shorter life for better times,
the equation never changes.

Why don't they put their arm out like a soldier and them allow them to not pass?
Do they want them to realize?
Do they want them to be like the rest?

Like pond ****?
