Beneath the hush of silver rain,
a seed waits in the darkโ€”
not for lack of light,
but in honor of time.

The river does not rush the stone,
nor the moon beg the sun for dawn.
Even stars take centuries
to whisper their names in light.

Patience is the hush in the hallway
before the door opens,
the breath before the answer,
the ache before the bloom.

Learn from the treeโ€”
how it bears the weight of seasons
without breaking.
How it drinks storms and silence
without complaint.

You are becoming.
Not in bursts,
but in slow, sacred folds
of being.

Let the days pass.
Let the sky spin.
You are not lateโ€”
you are rooting.

my dear,
did you happen to know,
the mountains don't stare at the trees,
only the birds do so,
the oceans do not wait for rivers to flow,
before making waves out of ways the wind blows.
believing in ourselves brings innovation in ways we may never have realized before.
Love is gazing
Not at someone
But into them
Marveling at
The colors
Of their soul.

Love is patient
It understands
Why it waits
Or rather,
Who it is
Waiting for.

Love is heaven
It conquers all
Even mortality
Meaning that
The truest lovers
Shall never part.

They will find each other.
In a heaven so picturesque
It might as well be made
With the ethereal colors
That each one knows
Within the other's eyes.
I've always hated the line, "Till Death do us part."
My lover and I will say a different line when we get married.

words of humble insight,
shaded with anxious desperation,
my plea showing unrivalled jealousy,
seeking approval, sorting moments searching
for a pat and or a pleasant praise of dexterity.

you left me here strandedโ€”
these words wove me into a ball
of fire, endlessly burning ashes,
an obsolescence of essence,
a dissolution of common sense.
writers need patience.

I fell in love a little more to my God today.
He keeps on showing me what love is,
He showed me why He should be my first love.

I was meant for so much more,
I was meant to follow Him through the shore.

He called me to do the work,
He called me to live a life for His worth.

A devotion taken from the book of James 1:5.
Wisdom we ask, wisdom He gives.
Oh, to put Him first is the primary purpose of this life.

Days, hours and minutes pass
I count them, waiting for them to amass
my mind wanders around, believing in what could be
it crafted you in a fantasy
blinding me from what I didn't want to see
waiting for it to be pure, to be true
to reflect every dream I wished to get through
but do you count the days as well?
do I even ring your bell?
or is it quite instead?
unlike mine-always disturbed by your knocks
I stand there peeking
a blush sneaking
I smile, and wait still
to open when I know you will

9 Month turn around time. Not bad. Like making a baby.  :)

To be loved like a poem not a song.

With carefully picked out words,
thoughtful actions.

Not a fast rhythm,
but a slow gentle pace.

Maybe some people prefer that swifter pace,
with straightforward love.
However,
there is such an elegance
to the complexity
of slowness and quietness.

Thereโ€™s a sort of peace that comes with
patience.

Love doesnโ€™t have to be hidden,
but it isnโ€™t also meant to be announced like a firework or wildfire.

I donโ€™t need an instagram bio to make it โ€œofficialโ€.
No need to publish anything,
or make a big debut to label it
as โ€œrealโ€.

Not because I am ashamed of being in love,
quite the opposite.
I care about it too deeply
to let it get ruined by the toxicity of people.

I also donโ€™t think love should have to fit in a mold.
It doesnโ€™t need to be the typical online love we see on our screens daily.
Understanding that each person loves differently
can bring together distinct personalities.

Maybe it just needs time.
The right soil
to grow.
