Our lips were
5 centimeters apart
but between our hearts
was the galaxy

you told me, of all
the stars in the galaxy
i was the brightest

i only believed you when
i was the first to explode
"A supernova can shine as brightly as an entire galaxy of billions of ‘normal’ stars."

Under the serene starry sky
lay a  hushed beating heart
In a field as far as the horizon offered
always allured by God's majestic art

Two glistening eyes on Draco fixated
Orion seemed the epitome of delight
Deciphering the secrets the cosmos held
in awe of the gloom broken by celestial light

Almost as if the stars were reaching out too
cradling the little one in their truths
unraveling their mysteries to the heart of the wild
in their lullaby, ease and soothe

The galaxies above used their magic to fill
the obscure heart with emotions aplenty
and all that chained it to the insipid earth
were mundane realities and gravity
Constructive criticism is welcome.

Jupiter moon,
You make my heart swoon.
Different to mine and earth’s,
You have worth.
Although you’re not a star,
You can equally shine and light up the galaxy from afar.

You a rare piece of the galaxy.
A little too far out of reach for me.
They say: Don't lose diamonds while collecting stones.
Find the right energy that you can feel through skin and bones.
Or just one that fits.
Or a hard rock that hits.
Escaping from an explosion.
A big bang or an emotion.
You are a meteorite.
I watch you shining so bright.
And I feel your perfect energy.
But you are a little too far out of reach for me.
Please come collect me.
One day take me away to your world and little galaxy.
I'm an alien lost in space.
With an alien body and face.
And I'm finding the energy that feels right.
When you hit me like a meteorite.
Where do I go from the black hole?
Where do I float through with my alien soul?
Take me home to my destiny.
Take me home to my galaxy.

Just like a supernova we had to explode
our massive admiration had come to an end
of its beautiful life span
& our nova was brighter than any other cosmic event
enhanced with lilac and bluish hydrogen colors
so enormous, making it look like a whole new galaxy
but like all massive stars we turned into a black hole
swallowing every star coming in our way
and as much of a mystery we will remain
as much of a apocalypse we will stay
and maybe if the milky way would've been closer to our collision
we could've been a celestial ellipse
in a universe filled with endless stars

and as typical for a black hole, space and time collapse when we touch the event horizon
and we become one magical unexplainable element with each other
so powerful that when time slows down
there won't be any other thought than your silhouette dancing from one star to another
catching the last remaining particles of love rotating around our supermassive black hole
in another galaxy we would've been another infinite love story between thousand of star collisions

I gave my last breath,
Whirling through a galaxy,
You didn't hear me protest cause I gave my best,
Just to see the galaxy.
