  Sep 2015 Order in Chaos
sanch kay
poetry lives
not just in the dreamy glow of the moon
across your lover's eyes
on a perfect evening, or the
mesmerising game of light
and shadows dancing on
moving waters, through
wooded greens;
no,
poetry lives in
the little things you
don't see and don't say:
the sharp edges of heartbreak, the
magnanimity of forgiveness, the
soft sighs of love that
*won't go away.

I like the way your name sounds,
Rolling off my tongue,
But mostly I'm in love,
With the way you say **mine
Order in Chaos Sep 2015
How painful it must be,
to not have the rest of someone.
All the secret spaces,
that do not welcome you
Order in Chaos Aug 2015
Looking at you, I realise
perfection
does exist in this world

My person.
Order in Chaos Jul 2015
to someone who's found home,
in too many a place
to someone who's found home,
in another face
you can barely be,
their source of solace

I can only hope.
Order in Chaos Jul 2015
She* still owns
space
time
insecurities
and memories

She still owns
beautiful poems
perfect pictures
faded films
and a lovely voice

She still owns
the smile on your lips
the crinkle on your eyes
the follows on your page
the way you touch

She is
but
all the ones
that you thought
were the one

For

She, still owns
that space in your heart
that I'll never live in
Order in Chaos Jul 2015
holding you alone
I return to paradise
and home all at once
