She gave him words
and he returned them with meanings.
He was everything I could ever ask for.

Not Woman, I die
If you don't see me I gone.

You don't feel me,
Between your arms
Between my legs.
You could never sing me
Your no woman, no cry.

Without tongue, without touch
How is a Woman to know she is wanted?
Without tongue, without touch
A Good Woman continues the dance
Enjoying the curves and crevices She possesses.

Without tongue but with cheek.
No Woman, no cry.

Our hands rise
and the street leaps.
Our eyes lower,
the heavens collapse.

From our unspoken pain,
a tulip tree grows
mysteriously behind us.

From our cherished wishes,
a star rises
just beyond our reach.

Do you hear the bullets
whizzing around our heads
guarding our kisses?

The sweetness
of your glance
never ends.

No birds fly south
from your eyes;
no avalanches slide
from your *******.

In the paradise
of your sight
the sun never sets.

These are your lips
I return to your neck.

Your blood
burns in my heart.

Everything remains.

Dusk has fallen,
And the day is done
The sky is receding,
For the night has just begun
As when desire, long darkling, dawns, and first
The mother looks upon the new-born child,
Even so my Lady stood at gaze and smiled
When her soul knew at length the Love it nursed.
Born with her life, creature of poignant thirst
And exquisite hunger, at her heart Love lay
Quickening in darkness, till a voice that day
Cried on him, and the bonds of birth were burst.

Now, shielded in his wings, our faces yearn
Together, as his fullgrown feet now range
The grove, and his warm hands our couch prepare:
Till to his song our bodiless souls in turn
Be born his children, when Death’s nuptial change
Leaves us for light the halo of his hair.

As much as I hate to say:
Beautiful People
End Up
With Beautiful People.
Which means,
I'm out of luck.
see, I'm kissing you
but I'm keeping distance
because loving me means
sharing my soul
and tasting the sadness
in my
tongue

another shooting star
dances across
the night sky
but this time
i wished
for happiness

because i know
i'll never have
your arms wrapped
around me no matter
how many wishes
          it takes

As I throw out the plastic wrappers, I can't help but wonder
if one day, someone will enchant me with a real meal;
homemade heaven between our teeth. And dessert that smells like bites of vanilla, raspberries &
a bitterness of the night ending too soon.
Excerpt from a story I am writing.
Night night sunshines!
