what the cloud knows?
except melting with the cool touch of the breeze

what the rain knows?
except carrying the heavens to fields without invitation

what the stream knows?
except offering fruits with the spirit of sunlight

what the tree knows?
except caring the cloud that in the cradle of sky

O manasi* !
what the baby ,the seed, knows?
except creeping into dreams on the lullaby of love

what you know, o my manasi?

except gifting a pearl in the oyster of my heart
the passionate tear in the eye
the patient smile on the lip
the reason to live--- what else is needed?

---------
manasi--- the personification of thought, heart...

"FARE-WELL"
sometimes, is not sensed,
but, stirs like a silent wound
goes on vibrating like the string of "SITAR".
******
SUN is a naughty gardener
can chat with the dumb bough
can hum the hue of emotions
SUN is a musical dialogue of flowers .
*****
FARE-WELL
it is always a PAIN
waves becoming static
flowers falling down
sitar hugging silence
it is always a PAIN
*****
pain transforms into a sweet history
yes, to me , a sweet memory
i too like an unknown shell
on the same shore of time
have been breathing his music.
*****
HE is not HE, now on
an essence of "RAGA"*
silence is the space in sound
that took birth in his blood
is sinking in our blood
****
his sitar is the divine mystic piece
his music is the definition of purity of life
HE is a flowing memory
HE is the peacock feather
that i preserved in my c.d. folder !!

Minding our own
making it rhyme,
it's all coming out
and there's dust in the drought
but the rain comes in time.

Nothing held back
I've got nothing to say,
let it roll off my shoulders
puts less your mind
and it's better that way.

All I wanted
      porch
             swing
                 rhythm~
                           back
              and
     forth
            with you, babe
                         All I needed
                          porch
                 swing
        rhythm
back
       and
                  forth
                with you.

And isn't this nice?
you like hot tea on ice
thank you, yes, I can follow directions
so please don't think twice.
And isn't this great?
we can stay out real late
watching millions of sparkling stars
while you're lickin' that plate?

I said nothing at all
it's that horse in the stall
my foot fell asleep but I'm not gonna weep
I can drag it or crawl.

Now the wind's in the trees
and your hand's on my knees
and the warmth of your breath on my neck
puts my tired mind at ease.

All I wanted
      porch...
                    swing...
            rhythm..
    back...
              and...
        forth...
        with you babe
                         All I needed
                          porch
                 swing
        rhythm
back
       and
                  forth
                with you.

Minding our own
making it rhyme,
it's all coming out
and there's dust in the drought
but you rain comes in time...

Distracted, it's true
idle chatter won't do
Better nothing to say
put the music on play
and be quiet
with you.

All I wanted
      porch...
                    swing...
            rhythm..
    back...
              and...
        forth...
        with you babe
                         All I needed
                          porch
                 swing
        rhythm
back
       and
                  forth
                with you.

It's said that love is supposed to be messy.
Chaotic,
thunderous fights and passionate love making;
you're supposed to be a disaster.
To me,
you are the first streak of sunlight pouring through my window on to messy bed sheets.
You are the steam rising from hand-painted teacups on cold mornings.
You are the sigh that escapes from deep within my chest when this feeling catches me off guard.
You are snow falling in the cone of light under a street lamp;
the serenity that lives in the glow of a winter storm in the middle of the night.
The last note on a perfectly composed symphony.
You are not a catastrophe.
You are all those beautiful feelings that remind me for the first time that life is so worth living.
can you tell i am disgustingly and ridiculously in love?

(this is so cheesy i am so sorry)

I hope You get It
If You don't,
that's Fine.

Collective Conscious
is Shifting.

It's Time

The mole is Unearthed
Faring Fatigue but Healthily
Healing...

Jolting ball bearing
ignition is stalling
the gears are Intact
the Children are calling
I pray that I feel
when the Spirit
is Coming....

Love Me, I Love You
I Swear it's True
Love You, I Love Me
You do
I do

~

Here in my arms I hold you, soothe you
Tightly, to never let go
Warmth to comfort sorrow
Safety for I shall not let anything hurt you

“All that I am I give in hopes of your smile”

As tears fall on wrinkled sleeves
Weeping eyes dried if only temporary
Close to me, within my grasp
Rest my love, soundly between minutes passing

“As times disappears, my love for you is steadfast”

By your side I will remain
No matter the moments of fear, worry, emptiness
I will be your strength, lean on me
For nothing will challenge my stance

“Weakness will not deter this affection I have for you”

Broken hearts, shattered pieces mingle with sad memories
If I could change places with the one you lost, I would
Freely fall to dark places, leave the sun behind
So that your happiness may return

*“For my life is nothing, without your joy”
When you leave, go without a whisper,
as though you were never here.
Do not leave tear stains on my pillow or kiss my eyes and beg them not to cry.

Dissipate, let the thin air replace you. Leave no echo, no trace of your existence,
no backward pity glance at what might have been,

**** the drawn out goodbye, the heartfelt speech, the apologies for the inevitable.

It's not you it's me.....It's always me.

Let the truth hang  above my broken form, swaying as the ceiling creaks under its bitter weight. I will dance to it's rhythm soon enough.

Then cease.

We are all into this together
Yet, thoughts are fragmented
Creating innumerable islands
No one willing to extend support
Bound with invisible constraints
After years, unable to move
Cloistered, with deformed soul
There is an eternal drought
When devoid of emotions

A poetry reflects what your soul's 'bout
It shows, how gratifying your love is
The words consider how one speaks through a verse
Love needs one breath & the lips look desperate for one kiss

My dreams working around your daze
I'm so lost into my own stupefy maze
You wrap a wisp of your love around my life
Your love gives me a jack to give you a high raise

A white fog speaking though your voice;
Your love for me coming through my rejoice
A leaf of ecstasy wants you to be mine
So, My heart needs you cause my spirit has no other choice.

our mind can feel everything
if we can feel the beauty of roses once
it can make some meaningful words,
even can create a few metaphors of a poem

we write all through our life
it can be grown as words of war
even can be born as a piece of peace
or can be grown both,
war and peace

it can be made a pain or gain
or it can be seemed as a stream,
that can be bought a grain of sand
Even it can earn both,
the pain and the gain

life can make a song
it can be a song of joy
sometimes it may be a coy
even it can make a rhythmic tone
that can't always be a romantic tune
as the river is not always plays a full of chimes

life can be found love
or can be gathered loss
or it can be earned both love or loss
as the poem " Annabel Lee"
that gifts us a pang of pain

life can be moved long like a novel
as Tolstoy's war and peace
even life can be too short, tragic
as the life of a poet,
like Sukanta, Keats and Poe

life looks like a novel
it's growing as well
with both lost and found
of so many stir of dreams

our mind is an endless paper
feelings are as ink
times are as the pen
everybody is the novelist
begins writing since he's born
and finishes before his death
though someone exceeds beyond the death

wise men told
life is a learning
life is a continuous earning of wisdom
that can be repair our kingdom
