Life is like a roller coaster
filled with ups and downs
but it's up to you to scream?
Or enjoy the ride.

Let's say **** it
buy whiskey
and drink till we ****.
Lock the door,
break our phones,
and we'll fake like we're stuck.
ignore work
ignore class
say goodbye to the world.
Get hot under covers
with twenty toes curled.
If we wake in the morning
oh if precious if
we'll say **** it
buy whiskey
and drink till we're stiff.
Cannabis: the female plant:
here to implant: a new world,
ruled by Ladies &
worshipped by Gentle Men.
Could you imagine...
the world's beginning again?;

the backwards thoughts of a hem:
the glimmer of a precious gem...
not only the gem itself,
or the structure of its features,
but a time of lovely leisure:
a shrine of kind procedure

in which the stone is looked upon:
a world has come; a world has gone...
and still, a throne to sit upon,
and yet that throne is empty,
though full of kings and centuries,
the twine spins on and on...

The world is but a fallen leaf,
that cannot fall without gravity:
a force that joins with other forces:
a climb that is filled with all rejoices,
sang by entities of all kinds;
filled with soul and filled with mind.

The split second it bit my mouth,
I knew I was swallowing quality.
Sixty years of the finest blue agave
they could find.
I had some more
& more
& a bit more
& hallucinated
the rest of the evening,
playing locomotive
& emcee,
as if I were commissioned
by the gods above
to spread drunken love.
My head still hurts
thinking about
that worm.

Through lines
attach themselves to me
I'm a zip line zipping through the canopy.
Zip lines
through lines
My life in dots and dashes.

There was that darkness
before I was born
don't remember much about that.

Parents were through lines
for a long while
then they died
grandparents before
they all had their time
through lines
zip lines
strings
the true string theory.

Homesickness, school, bullies, too
the Sunday Night Blues
riding those zip lines
through lines
what are you gonna do
they aren't leaving you.

*******
Resignation
private fantasies
too private to tell
through lines too
on  the old zip line.

The voices in your mind
that's been a through line
through and through.

Poverty that was true too
that's what happens when you
peak too soon
and
you're a late bloomer too.

Children, the through lines
children of children
and you too
through lines zipping through
along the old zip line.

Poetry, a through line
sharing secrets
sacred circles
those are through lines too.

Body parts
hearts, limbs, lungs, guts and toes
though those tonsils
had to go.
Every breath
Every heart beat.

My through lines
your through lines
we all got'em
parallel points on parallel lines
I can't say
I know we sometimes together zip
along that same highway
then one will fade
and one will go away.

But where we all meet
each day,
I can say,
in the molecules
of every breath we take.

I'll tell you the story of Cloony the Clown
Who worked in a circus that came through town.
His shoes were too big and his hat was too small,
But he just wasn't, just wasn't funny at all.
He had a trombone to play loud silly tunes,
He had a green dog and a thousand balloons.
He was floppy and sloppy and skinny and tall,
But he just wasn't, just wasn't funny at all.
And every time he did a trick,
Everyone felt a little sick.
And every time he told a joke,
Folks sighed as if their hearts were broke.
And every time he lost a shoe,
Everyone looked awfully blue.
And every time he stood on his head,
Everyone screamed, "Go back to bed!"
And every time he made a leap,
Everybody fell asleep.
And every time he ate his tie,
Everyone began to cry.
And Cloony could not make any money
Simply because he was not funny.
One day he said, "I'll tell this town
How it feels to be an unfunny clown."
And he told them all why he looked so sad,
And he told them all why he felt so bad.
He told of Pain and Rain and Cold,
He told of Darkness in his soul,
And after he finished his tale of woe,
Did everyone cry? Oh no, no, no,
They laughed until they shook the trees
With "Hah-Hah-Hahs" and "Hee-Hee-Hees."
They laughed with howls and yowls and shrieks,
They laughed all day, they laughed all week,
They laughed until they had a fit,
They laughed until their jackets split.
The laughter spread for miles around
To every city, every town,
Over mountains, 'cross the sea,
From Saint Tropez to Mun San Nee.
And soon the whole world rang with laughter,
Lasting till forever after,
While Cloony stood in the circus tent,
With his head drooped low and his shoulders bent.
And he said,"THAT IS NOT WHAT I MEANT -
I'M FUNNY JUST BY ACCIDENT."
And while the world laughed outside.
Cloony the Clown sat down and cried.

See me here, and there, see me, pieces of me everywhere?
See those chains, broken pieces of wood, those broken locks?
See the dust flying and then, all the stopped clocks?
See the piece you ripped out, that girl you ripped from there?
That you ripped me like i was paper, without a care?
Like i were words that you had read and had consumed and become?
Well you read me, gave up, construed an new ending, and now i am not one.
See me standing here, strong, proud and defiant,
see my broken self on the floor, that i protect like a giant?
See that picture of me that shows all, is bare and naked, and true?
see this girl that is too young to understand, that you weren't really you?
see this girl ripped from my soul and my very inner, tenderly safe heart?
Because you had to take me, just, well just because, you wanted to take me apart?
And now i stand here, a warrior, armour, and an axe in my hand,
ready to cut down any predatory seeds you may have planned?
See me like a mother spoon feeding and holding til the morning light?
see her curl inside a foetal position, crying in candlelight.
See me trying to sew her back into place, to where she is safe from harm,
see her pulling, screaming from me, scratch marks down my arm.
See me telling her over and over, you are love, you are loved, you are....
see her wishing she could erase you all, make you die in a car,
or a un-fort-un-ate in-ci-dent, where you realise your deathly wrong,
or  Do you see me now, incomprehensibly, broken but beautifully, strong.
See this hand, holding out for a hand to hold
to gather this girl in her arms until she grows old?
So when you broke those locks and stopped a moment of my time,
you pulled a girl from inside of me, for she was all of mine.
So when you ripped that paper in half in an act of 'incidence'
I now hammer down these nails, steel upon fired steel, building rows of iron fence.
And this girl you forgot to address in your misdoing and ***** way,
now begins to stand, holds out her hand and we sit together and pray.
See me now as i build myself ten times, a thousand times, bigger, wider, than before,
I make a huge fortress in my body for my girl, and pick her up from the floor.
See me standing here, half written and half ripped and torn under the sun,
I can take all that you gave me, be renewed and reborn, we become one.
For she is back here with me now, as i stand tall, tainted and blissfully strong,
for i know to pull myself back together, i have to understand,
It was not my fault, you were in the wrong.

You will never be me, you will never beat me, you will never break us apart,
You will never find solace in your *****, weak, thirsty, starved heart.
I ususally don't work with this line of rhythm, but as usual, when i am writing my mind and fingers take over and it just pours out.
And this me, poured out.

Nurse link me up
to all those pipes hit me with them tubes
pump that radiation into my arm
start up you washing machine
set to spin dry
where have you gone
say something, say anything
Mr Hardwick lay still
well not very reassuring but you are still there
that is good enough for me for now
then that robot voice
breath in when you are asked and hold
hold on to what my thought
machine whirls
and i pass through that black hole
then the radiation kick in
now feeling a warm rush from my head to my toe
and what is that taste in my mouth
have just wee my self
then it was all over
nurse took the needles from my arm
told to get dress
nurse in soft tones
said do not go to any disco's tonight
why i ask
man you will glow in the dark.

Hi
Hi...Just the Devil dropping by
Big *** sigh..No longer do I wonder why
Angels burn while Hell does turn
Cold like my heart..still I yearn
Fiction fanatic..My words are my magic
Hair stands up from my static
Hate me lovely..Beautiful is ugly
What eyes behold..go ahead judge me
I want to care..My heart wont dare
Still I look..Can't help to stare
From afar..A distant star
Reality a reflection of what we are
I am here..You are there
I can rip..You can tear
Open up to a fantasy
Door from you straight to me
Twist the ****..Drop on by
Spark up a bowl..We can get high
Vibe together side by side
Inside each other we can't hide
Truth today told me a lie
No good is bye so I say Hi..

Poetry by MAN
I want to write something great
Manual to eliminate hate
Words that permeate
So we all can create
I want to live in the love
Emotions of doubt rise above
Be at peace no longer feel the rub
My life is not wrong
Or words in a song
In us all lies a new dawn...
Rise like a Phoenix feel your soul burn
Ashes our memories it's how we learn
Know who you are...In you a star
We can go far..Don't need a car
Greatness in all..we rise..then fall
Some of us stall don't hear the call
We all have the tools even the fools
Can't lock up minds for breaking your rules
Politics and laws corruption the flaw
Governments and borders separate us all
Lines in the mind real is a crime
Common sense is even harder to find
Too political..This poets satirical
In us all lies multiple miracles
Here is a taste of the talent we waste
Judge not the generation of cut and paste
Silly my rhymes fracture defined
Free is the style that flows from the mind..
M.A.N 7-29-14 Had the day off today wrote a quick freestyle the more I read it I want to edit sounds better spoken out loud slam style..♏

KA
I saw her with jet black hair, jet black eyes and brown skin.
A beauty that took my breath away.
My heart stopped and breathing shortened.
My life on a different plain before my eyes leveled at her.
Stunned, I was just talking, not hearing my voice as my life shifted.
My body needed her , my heart just wanted to gaze at her.
  So I stood there.
