I loved you in the blue hour
Green eyes over the table
Clean laundry and winter haze
I'm obsessed with your half smile
Quiet intent this is fragile
But this is how I fall
Late nights spent wondering after your clean lines
Soft skin cold light and I cant get enough
Wonder where it lands in the morning
Tripping deeper under grey skies in the afternoons
And this is it
Catch up on various afternoons I get lost in your pauses
Rough around my edges you make yourself at home
We could live like this
And this just the beginning
As you tangle your hands in my spine we're tangling deeper into:
Disbelief lack of sleep as you're next to me
Sit back sigh in unholy feelings I'm green and gold to your touch
And you're dark blue and grey rolling in the wake of the year of instability
Well liked and rounded yet you're coming round me
The thought of you breaks me
And I'm six feet off the floor
We Clean up you take me out and tell them all I'm your girl
Summer nights and new wine tentative dependency is our world
And with every twist of your neck or subtle laugh I'm back at your hands
Open
Naïve
And brusing blush and wine
This is how I fall
Into your open hands
Cinematic and young
I can't tell where we're headed but I know just how I'll land
Even if I'm unsure of you I am who I am
And I'm yours for the blue hour.
To an icon of longing
Scratching On The Screen

It's such a sad scene
We're messing with our movie
Scratching on the screen
Not knowing we're projecting
A very bad dream
It's such a sad scene
And the source of it all
Is a toxic mindstream
It's such a sad scene

We're bathing in a waterfall
Downstream
From a dam
Made by
The mind of man
And we don't even know
Each drop is a sham
Unaware
We sit and stare
Unaware

Our government is the countries biggest hypocrite.
Our government is our countries most dangerous criminal. They're not even trying to hide.  I believe OUR Government is our own worst enemy. This is my right , and this is my write
      Our U.S Government
is our nations biggest of thieves..
We put them there , and now its time for them to leave....
People hear me please..
They're the reason for all the killings.
The poverty, the sick , and the homelessness and
its only going to get worse with each passing day.
All they want is money...
Human life to them , is worth less , than our

Who am I?
A man made from the earth, with a fate already set?
A list of doubts, ready for me to devour?
Am I to take the pain that my father has left me?
Am I to change the course of the story to make ends meet?
Am I to lift my burden, or be dropped to my knees.
Am I different from all the rest, or just a face in a crowed of familiar faces?

I feel thoughts of pain, thoughts of suffering,
Am I to live in this despair, in this living hell.
I drop to the floor, to call out your name, I hear no answer.
I raise it to another volume,
I scream to the top of my lungs!
"If you are my King, save me from this death I live."
I still hear no answer.
When I felt there was no use, you got down, to look me in the eye, whispered into my ear, "Rise."

Without a thought, I rose to my feet,
wiped away the tears, stood up straight and forced a smile from my weakened lips.

You told me,
"My child, my sweet child. I made you for a purpose, I never set you in hell. But gave you life, so you may live it for me!
What you saw down the road, you will not be alone.
I will be by your side, I do not lie."

I looked upon my feet to see a path to follow.
I looked to the west and then to the east, saw angels praising and
Singing "Oh be thee Lord of the most high, who will live for ever and ever."
I joined in with the choirs,
As I walked on my way, towards the sunset sky,
disappearing into the light.

She makes me smile,
Even when she’s miles away.
I can’t get her sweet voice out of my head.

It echoes through my heart,
and makes it beat.

Oh what she does to me,
Even when she’s miles away.
