Today I went wedding dress shopping,
I know bad luck,
But I don't care,
It was really fun,

My bride tried on dresses,
The most expensive,
$100,000
I secretly tried one on,

I couldn't do up the back zipper,
It got stuck,
Then I ******* get out of the dress,

So my bride being as snart as she said she loved the dress,
And we walked out of the store with the dress still on me,
I eventually got out ,
And she's still going to wear it.
It's a poem

Life's like a journey that never stops.
You're failing and learning and always moving on.
You're then joined by people whom you learn to love.
But ultimately...
Life's that walk, that you must go on your own.

Embrace this truth: you are expected to have faults.
But no more than all the virtues that you've got.
Never define yourself by the number of flaws,
but on your willingness to be better, and wanting to grow.

It is true there are yet some, who of this they don't know.
And could somehow even, make you question your own worth.
Don't be sad, don't resent, we each learn at our own pace.
And remember, true love always sees flaws, as only a phase.

Whenever he shows and in whatever his form,
by that true love, you'll then one day be joined.
But even then, remain aware ...
Life's that walk, that you must still go on your own.
Self worth and becoming aware of the meaningless nature of the word "alone" is a realization that we each need to have at one point of our lives. Without it it's impossible to take care of the person that's always present in our lives...ourselves.

storm siren
I have friends who have gotten hot coffee thrown at their backs
for only half of their heritage.

and I have friends who have been told to hang themselves
with things they only wear on special occasions.

and I have friends who know nothing of these fears and these events,
because their privilege is as dominant as their
race
sexuality
gender
and they're as seemingly neurotypical
as it comes.

but still,
they empathize.
they understand.
and I'm certain if they were asked,
they would fight alongside
us too.

there is hope within this darkness,
there is warmth within this storm,
we will fight until the end of days,
and then we will fight further on.
please just stay strong.

it would be easy to give in,
it would be easy to give up,
it would be easy to let this be the end,
to sigh and wrap our time up.

but this is just the beginning,
and we know nothing of the end.
so stand against us as our enemies,
or rise with us as our friends.
Having an election was a terrible idea. What happened to electing cool grandpa instead?

Satisfy

I reep my blood,
Yet you are unsatisfied,
The bridges I cross to satisfy my...your thoughts,

The pain I suffer because I...you think of depressing things,
The music I listen to and walk the edge of cliffs,
Yet you push me closer to the edge,

But I can't do it yet,
The music is to loud for now,
I wonder how much longer it will be to loud for,
My doctor gave me more pills to take,

I won't take them,
Afraid I'll purposely overdose on them,
It's a poem

Let them run freely;
Let the tears mend your broken
Heart, my dearest child.

when you wake up
feeling like a disappointment
only to end it in relief and excitement
when everything you thought could go wrong,
doesn't, and it all works itself out in the end

those are the days that remind me why
I choose to live
it's the little things
you have to look out for
to make your life worth living
-
I keep safe, not to gaze upon your pictures past
Yet I stare at your memory whenever my eyes shut tight

I keep safe, all to keep you from my thoughts during day
Yet you live throughout my dreams by night
