An object of fire
Is much to be desired
The heart is an *****
with multiple disorders.
The head and the heart-
are not so smart;
When *** and lust,
play a key part.

No one is safe
everyone's a target

I'm glued to you
like a magnet.

Our bodies intertwine,
resulting in pent up
magic.

Fantasies we've come up
within our heads.

Oh ***, ***; a dreadful
yet delightful sin.

Just Melz
She cries late
                  every night
     Turns off all the
                           lights
         Sits in bed
bawls
             her eyes out
      in the dark
Cutting out pieces
      of her heart
No one can see
                          the scars
           of her sewing
back up her chest
       Soon she will be
             an empty shell
        Hopefully
                    putting her soul to rest
If her heart
                    is no longer there
It can't get broken,
              right?
If no one can see
                          the tears
Then she never cried,
                     right?

I am a half-smirk grinner
an addict and a sinner

I am lonely and broken
a screamer yet soft spoken

I am dead serious
could be delirious

I am not one to eat food
on words I'd rather chew

I am a running joke
the fire and the smoke

I am the forgotten
lost and unwanted

I am the last one picked
I am twisted
And I am sick
I am everyone's last resort.
I've got a new best friend
Evidently she lived a life of sin
I wrote a poem of a former venture she was on
It turned into her first day at the nursing home
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Today she was sad and lost
She had misplaced her purse
Let go of her life at such a cost
~~~~~~~~~~~
She was wandering round
Asking the nurses and administrators for help
In a state of panic, searching for the lost-n-found.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I took her to the cafeteria
Where we were doing crafts
Hoping I could change the channel of her mind
Panic would pass
~~~~~~~
She told me of the hardships she has lived thru
How she resided in her car for years
Now it was wrecked and she had
No one to live with she knew
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
She told me her plan was to leave this hotel
Right before dark
Sneak back in and sleep in a closet
As quiet as a lark
~~~~~~~~
I told her I happen to know
The manager of this hotel
They'll give you a room if
You'll be part of the show
~~~~~~~~~~~~
You should have seen the smile on her face
Oh Yes, she is
A woman of grace
~~~~~~~~~
She told me Thanks
My name is June
I told her she is my new best friend
I will come see you soon
Then I wheeled her in chair to her room
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
2/27/2015~ Today I found out June is now in a four star hotel called heaven. I sure will miss you June~~~~~~~~~~
Some people
are apologetic
when they
break things...
Some people
break hearts
and pretend
nothing happened...
You called me ****
and I laughed
Because I am so much more than that
I am broken and powerful tonight
once privileged
Will you wait with me?
Watch the time as it slips away
Watch life transform
Watch the sun rise and set each day
Watch our bodies as they wrinkle
Would you sit and laugh as life wreaked it's silly havoc.
Shed a tear as lives expire
Enjoy every moment as it passes
See the beauty in life's lessons
See beyond the days hardship
Remind me that nothing is forever
Never let me forget to hope
Sit quietly and wait for what's next
I want to play along
Can you pretend that these struggles are real with me?
But still wake the day after with a smile
Will you never forget that nothing is forever
Let me remind you that each morning is suffuce for a new lesson, being you let yesterday's go?
Will you forgive and forget all and see what we could become?
All of those feelings you've been holding so tightly too..  let them go now.
All that stress.  Let it melt away now.
All of your grudges, leave those at the door.
Oh.
How I look forward to these times with you.
