Robert Frost

Some say the world will in in fire,
Some say in ice.
From what I've tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor fire.
But if I had to perish twice,
I think I know enough of hate
To say that for destruction of ice
Is also great
And would suffice.
My first favorite poem.

Robert Frost

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;

Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,

And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.

I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I--
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.
My second favorite poem

I am artistic, and determined
I wonder what happens after death
I hear the tame wind blow through a forest
I see tall trees in a thick forest
I want to live my life in the forests of Oregon and Washington
I am artistic, and determined

I pretend that I live in a peaceful world on my own
I feel relaxed
I touch a warm, white, ceramic cup of tea
I worry about death
I cry about the sadness of a divorce
I am artistic and determined

I understand being an artist does not always result in success
I say that all people are equal
I dream about being successful
I try to produce pieces that are better than the ones before
I hope to find someone who loves me
I am artistic and determined

Just because I'm from California
Doesn't mean I smoke ****
Doesn't mean I’m a surfer
And doesn't mean I am an actor
Just because I’m from California
Doesn't mean I’m an “air head”
Doesn't mean I go to the beach everyday
Doesn't mean I’m a crazy environmentalist
Just because I’m from California
Doesn't mean I eat avocados with everything
Doesn't mean I long board instead of drive
Doesn't mean I’m an actor
Just because I’m from California
Why do I have to smoke ****?
What school is close enough to surf to?
Why do I have to go to the beach everyday?
I’m just like other Americans.
I wrote this one kind of out of annoyance, because everyone asks me these questions when i travel to other places.

The sun is God and I am covered in faith.
2. It’s me it’s hugging
3. The bonfires sneak into my nose.
The sun warms me from the cool wind.
Cooked marshmallows melt on my tongue filled with sugar and fluff.
The harsh squawking of the seagulls pound my ears
The sunset fills my eyes with an orange glow that sinks into the ocean
4. The cold tide is stroking my feet with it’s salty smell and it’s clear appearance as it quietly claps over the tops of my feet.
5. Tracy Alexander cuddles up with me on the beach of Huntington Beach, California.
6. The sweet song of the seagulls beautifully sing above me.
7. The crude and annoying birds squawk at us
8. Gnarly
9. Because we were big and wore big shoes.
10. He would need fifteen notebooks to complete the project
11. The dull knifes of weakness and innocence bent as we tried to cut our steak
12. We were as sad as squids
13. He flew through the air
14. Wilson walked through the forest
15. The rain was coming with the dark clouds
16. And that lead him nowhere I could ever track. Till he’s so far away, so lost
17. The earth should be cloned to make a second home from ourselves
18. Du är perfekt
19. The wine slowly danced in a spinning circle as a hand made it ring around on it’s rim.
20. Even as the dark clouds cover over the small city, blacking everything out.

It was time to wake up
I watch as the morning life wakes up
It happens after I wake up
The sun has slowly risen
Big and orange
The light it purple
The clouds are thing wisps
It has now woken up the birds
It has woken up the flowers
As they yawn and stretch out
Opening up their petals
The birds shake off the morning dew
They crack the silent air with their first morning chirp
The morning is awake and people are heading to work
It is just like every other

I’m from perfect weather
From sand between my toes and long times spent outside
I’m from streetlights calling me in for dinner
Im from the smells of ocean salt and chalk dust

I’m from black hands from the asphalt
I’m from scraped knees
I’m from the neighborhood pool
I’m from the surf city

I’m from California
