beautiful thing
i say to my body
but my mouth speaks back to me with
crooked picture frames on walls, a fraction off beat
microscopic holes in my vernacular atmosphere
from one too many aerosol words,
of not thinking before spraying toxic

beautiful thing
i say to my body
but my thighs speak back to me with
tallies marked on skin
a sciatic nerve pleading for no more flexing of
car wheels tracks on waved sand

beautiful thing
i say to my body
but my feet speak back to me with
pinching plastic between nails hammered heavy into
figures blinking upon flat bottomed arches
pliant pleading for weightlessness

beautiful thing
i say to my body
but my stomach speaks to me by
stuffing breadcrumbs down a jagged trail
of the small intestine, appealing

beautiful thing
i scream to my body
but my mind speaks to me with
thinking thinking thinking
that thought has no weight
so weigh on me
"beautiful thing" line is inspired by William Carlos William's Paterson Episode 17

It's not that I don't trust you
It's just memories of the past
Warn me not to
We live in a world filled with disposable things
made to be used once, but seldom more than twice
with little or no attachment, we consume mindlessly
single-serving coffee or single serving relationships, it's all the same

We've learned to measure value in terms of convenience

Instant gratification comes with a price, but one we gladly pay
disposing of the evidence neatly and quietly, the carcasses
monuments to a purpose well served; vacant hearts never filled
material things only heal wounds superficially, but

nothing lasts forever, right?
*Our soulless smile, just another by-product of living a disposable life

Free the words to paper
Let them be your escape
Or another personal masterpiece
Let them set your mind at ease
Get carried away with them
Or let them carry you away
Create a scene
Even if only on paper
Create significance
From an unprofound nature

Perfection is in imperfection.
Your scars tell a story.
A story of struggles.
A story of life.
A story of strength.
These lines you write,
a blade as a pen,
have meaning.
They are dangerous,
but so are words.
Share with me what you share with your wrists.
Share your worries.
Your fears.
Your anger.
Your love.
Some secrets deserve to be shared

Breathe in.
Breathe out.
The worst thing that could happen is not even that bad.
This month changed my whole life plan day after day so I just got to terms with letting it go, I´ll know where I´m going to live next march in 3 weeks and it´s completely out of my hands so whatever. I got nothing holding me back.

I can taste dimension
inhale the milky way
make love to euphoria
and kiss dream puddles

I can paint the streets with nostaglia
scorch desire
melt in freedom
inject silence

I give life to distortion
brew imagination
frost my fires
reject fear
