Announcing all lives matter is audacious & abusive & antagonistic & antiprogressive - yet amazingly it’s always anticipated. But when signs & songs & screams & shouts of our sisters with skin of a separate shade are shot down & softened & silenced, and when the bodies of our brothers brandishing blackness with bravado are broken & beaten & burned & buried by people with perceived power prescribing punishment by punching & pushing & pulling triggers-

Well
One thing remains perfectly clear
Declaring “all lives matter” is rooted in fear
If all lives mattered, then we wouldn’t be here
and “all lives matter” wouldn’t be said with a sneer

Black lives don’t matter

Mattering means more than media manipulating messages mainly for monetary magnitude or validating various vocations as veracious while these villains vie for votes vainly vanquishing value from humans whose hearts are heavy with hurt and having to beg to be heard. Mattering means more than making memes and multimedia messages post mortem when morally bankrupt men ****** men and their mates for their midnight complexion

So don’t tell me black lives matter
Black lives don’t matter
Black lives should matter
Black lives must matter

i don't know
but it lingers within me
flowing through my veins
causing my muscles to ache
scratches my heart
and causing that pain

i must say
that emptiness
is finding its way
to knock down my walls
and make me think
about those dismays

never stop until i fall
into the grave of darkness
disappointment
and loneliness

i am slowly fading
but sadness keeps on prevailing
it just happens.
Another country closes another border,
this is a perverse reverse of the New World Order,
every headline reads the same thing,
the coronavirus has gone viral,

“Stay Calm & Do Panic”,
nothing is under control,
as if we need more encouragement,
to be more paranoid and less social,

mind racing as the world its put on hold…

“Practice social distancing.”,
“If you feel sick self-isolate.”,
“Go home, stay home, stay safe.”,
“Handshakes and hugs can wait.”,

national emergencies are declared,
caught off guard no one is prepared,
call in the National Guard,
fear is a powerful factor and everyone is scared,

well,
I’d rather die together than live alone,
so I go out but find no one around,
so now the only way to connect is through my phone,

meanwhile back in reality,
only 5,000 people have died globally,
while 18,000,000 die every year from heart disease,
so tell me what’s really going on,

broken hearted the fix is in,
the new monster is CoVid-19,
it’s our generation’s 9/11,
the parallels are frightening,

and I don’t know what the heck to do,
so I just write these words as my message in a bottle,
which I send off from my island,
hoping it reaches you before the day after tomorrow,

as another country closes another border,
this is a perverse reverse of the New World Order,
every headline reads the same thing,
the coronavirus has gone viral…

Black or white only fought in chess I thought
amidst all the frenzy reason was sought
but such trivial things would bring upon the upheaval
here we are back to the postmedieval

MLK died trying to spread the message
Trump was just 'checking' out his bunker
in these desperate times we need a passage
not the hollow words of a banker

The world is filled with choices
black and white
is what they told you in the books
but it's all gray out here

We were supposed to be his best creation
but earth would be better without us
The animals come in more colours than us
It just makes them more beautiful
just penned down my thoughts with the things going on
Another bird sings today
in the forest of your love
Today an unknown man rows
the boat of your love.

Today you are drawing
someone's new dreams
and another sun rises
in your morning.

I hear someone else's song
in your voice of pride
Does it give you pleasure
to not think of me inside?

Maybe you've written lately
someone else's life story
Even you've given another poet
all of your love poetry.

Yes, I feel so relieved today
to see your happy smile
I don't get hurt anymore
to think of your memories.

You're having a good time
Keep it up, sweetheart
I have nothing to ask you
I will always be alright.

softly the moon rests in the sky
it is still, yet wandering with its mysticism.
when you begin to lose yourself in its charm,
you find yourself enchanted by its light,
entranced by its beauty
and hypnotized by its glow.

such a feeling happened to me once before,
it was soft
warm,
the feeling in my veins
didn't rush,
they didn't ache or show pain.
for once, I welcomed the utter feeling of
being driven insane.

perhaps I was too young to call it so,
maybe it was too soon to say
that,
childish as it seems
I sort of liked him
just maybe not the same way.

clouds can change as feelings do right?
so puffy and unpredictable,
deceiving at first
simply the worst thing imaginable
when taken the wrong way.

I do like him, yet my heart craves for another
that iridescent moon
so hypnotic that it draws me closer
I watch our love grow like the cherry blossoms
in late spring.

this other interest, think of him as the little owl
so cute,
so full of mystery
it's interesting to see its development,
to watch it spread its wings.
you cannot help but wonder
and love from afar.

I sit in the sky's infinite pool
of stars and constellations,
with pure love for its wonder and beauty
complete adoration,
but sometimes, I must embrace
the warmth in my face
chills down my spine
with which the little owl makes my heart
sing its eternal tune
just one more time.

As pebbles are thrown
into the lonesome pond
laughter splashes out
And smiles run and glide
with ripples of liveliness.
