Every crack in your shattered soul traced my heart for so long I'm afraid to draw
Your shards make me bleed the most beautiful hues
If only I could use them to paint you
Dreams pass
Lives change.
The world keeps going.
People fall.
People pass.
The world keeps going.
People struggle.
People rush by without saying hi.
The world keeps going.
When will it change?
Oh how wonderful words are.
They can empower, they can uplift, they can entertain giving someone the courage to attain their dreams.
Oh how powerful words are.
They can cut deep, they shatter dreams killing one's ambition to never achieve.

Take this to heart
My Poetical Friends

Not just the rhyme
Makes emotions bend

To the will of the Bard
Or the cast of the spell

A rhyme without depth
Has no story to sell

A poetic structure
Riddled with rhyme

Brilliant in metaphor
Aesthetically designed

Will please the reader
And enlighten their minds

Oh how I love
A poem that rhymes!

Skeletor,
I'm taking
To our kind!
Traveler Tim
Love that they still have deleted poems, great option!
Still working the bugs out
This poem was all over the place
It was deleted and lost forever I thought.

Through the summer breeze
and the warmth of the sun blazing gold,
the shining creation would come to life.

Through the leaves changing colors
and the crispness of the autumn mornings,
the world would slowly quiet down.

Through the cold air turning fingers numb
and snow falling like an endless cloud,
the old things would come to an end.

Through the broken ground defrosting
and soft beacons of light coming through,
the new life would take hold of hearts.

I watched the seasons change,
I watched the seasons remain.
I grasped the wonder of God's grace:
never alone though never the same.
