What the hell?

The tears are yours,
the pain is mine
The wounds are yours,
the blood which runs out?
Mine.
The fears are yours,
the trials are mine
The problem is yours,
Just who the hell am I?

Ah, to your undying grace
****, that beautiful beautiful face
Aye, honey, stay, what's the chase?
This heart has always been your place.
Just cut out all the drama
I know you more than you yourself do
You sure are extraordinary, alright
You do belong in the zoo.
I'm done crying over losing you
I see that you are lost too
Now stop acting, no one's looking at you
I don't want no explanations
Come back home, I'll be waiting for you.

Demons used to pay me a visit every night
People told me to say the name of The Lord

I said no

They will learn to fear my own **** name
I used to suffer from a lot of sleep paralysis induced by my anxiety

I will take the knife you put in my back when I wasn’t looking
And push it through my flesh till it graces my heart
And nicks it just enough for the pain to come flooding out
Then I’ll paint you a portrait
Red with pain
And wrap it up with a bow on top
Because I would never forget your birthday
Or to congratulate you
As you grow one step closer to death
Because that is something that's actually worth celebrating

All I need is pen and paper
To calm  myself,
Let all my emotions out

I let the words flow out freely
As I shut myself from the world,
From the inevitable reality

I never found any means of escape
Nowhere to run to
Nowhere to hide

So stuck in paranoia
Until I found poetry
Finally, an escape from reality

Since then, I felt more alive
More free
Happier than I'll ever be

I'm glad to have found this route-
Every poet's sweet escape.

Pretty women wonder where my secret lies.
I'm not cute or built to suit a fashion model's size
But when I start to tell them,
They think I'm telling lies.
I say,
It's in the reach of my arms
The span of my hips,
The stride of my step,
The curl of my lips.
I'm a woman
Phenomenally.
Phenomenal woman,
That's me.

I walk into a room
Just as cool as you please,
And to a man,
The fellows stand or
Fall down on their knees.
Then they swarm around me,
A hive of honey bees.
I say,
It's the fire in my eyes,
And the flash of my teeth,
The swing in my waist,
And the joy in my feet.
I'm a woman
Phenomenally.
Phenomenal woman,
That's me.

Men themselves have wondered
What they see in me.
They try so much
But they can't touch
My inner mystery.
When I try to show them
They say they still can't see.
I say,
It's in the arch of my back,
The sun of my smile,
The ride of my *******,
The grace of my style.
I'm a woman

Phenomenally.
Phenomenal woman,
That's me.

Now you understand
Just why my head's not bowed.
I don't shout or jump about
Or have to talk real loud.
When you see me passing
It ought to make you proud.
I say,
It's in the click of my heels,
The bend of my hair,
the palm of my hand,
The need of my care,
'Cause I'm a woman
Phenomenally.
Phenomenal woman,
That's me.
