"blither" poems
An Oxymoron making sense. A criminal with no offense. A slamming door shutting soft. A hatless man, politely doffed. A heart that's pieces stayed together. A sad somebody's moment of blither. Even at the darkest dawn. Something in us carries on. Life the way it truly is. Not to pretend its full of bliss. Little moments come and go. Reminding what we already know. Life is short sometimes sweet. In the little happy, joyful moments, Life is the treat.

Reanimate the dead air But not with mindless banter Blither blather Comprised of Contradicting compromises Less is more More or less That's more like it Your'e just a statistic There's always room for improvement Your'e only human An ectomorph waving a white flag A mesomorph crying "SOS" And endomorph in the shallow end experiencing the ripple effect It's a white world White washed Yup You need a strategy To win this raffle So you can win a chance to rub elbows with the snobby upper crust busybodies-chatter boxes It's win win A win lose In all its forthcoming splendor Enhance your station You spineless jellyfish Taking your work home with you Giving yourself scoliosis Bending over backwards Looking for something to depend on A fallback anchor You're in the hot spot You cold sore It's an inside job You canker sore

That's Nonsense!
A good place to start would be an introspective analysis of self, but what of the ramifications of objectified manifest? If evil is incarnate then what is the nature of corporeally preternatural? Can we save each other from the truisms of self we all embody, or do we all wallow in the pandemic phatic of our own fatidic as we seek augur's tout. My imagination tells me I can create a personification that has mystical properties but can this be functional garb or is it basically illusion. Can we touch each other, or even ourselves with these extrapolations? So many of us live by this platonic proxy photic aimed humanitarian instinct, maybe the reason we don't seem to succeed is because we need to be bad to be good. Further some of us are so bad that we obviously don't deserve to live but are those of us so inclined doomed to die of the ramifications thereof? And will this malady be a contagious virulence for all? Were it not for the astonishingly astounding and incredible nature of life itself I would almost be forced to abjure the nature of metaphysics on a corporeal level. Fortunately for me the answer is much more simple, I need someone to make love to, or **** if you will. I believe in retrospect this is obviously clear! Forgive my blither.

Metaphysical Mystique
Do you like the sound Of other voices: The choir, The chant, The litany? Or is it the sound Of your own voice: The blather, The blither, The grate, The groan? You use volume to make Yourself known; To make yourself heard And join the absurd. Do you like The sound of your own voice? Join in the chorus.

Metaphysical Mystique (re-post)
fiddle middle blither and blight: find the most uneventful, little stone you can find and look into its pale glass till it               looks back.   it'll:                                       wriggle, alight and look alike not, so that you may          see things                         lighter, brighter and    less locked.

I like words with “B”s and “th”s Like blither and blather And hither and thither Can I take “st”s and make them into “th”s? Monster into mother And Twister into twisther? How much softer and more polite With much reduced spittle. copyright/all rights reserved Audrey Howitt 2011

Some Silliness
There above his shiny baldy head, a long and winding comb-over, is it white, orange or red? A cap is perched with Krazy Glue to keep it in its place, or is it there to keep his head from floating into space? He spews blither blather and trumpets nonsense to wild applause and cheer at a raucous party where tea is spiked with fear

Harris
They chatter and mutter and natter no matter the butter still melts in their mouth, that's why I'm heading South to an Island I know to sit in the Sun and the sand and watch a palm tree grow, I like coconut milk, sweet and soft as silk to the tongue, in the sun and the sand with my hand on my heart one day I'll start to head South. They murmur germ warfare, which, though valid is not fair, it's not anywhere I go or know and not in the Sun, they'll blither and blather and work themselves into a lather, I'd rather stay silent and calm watching the palm in the palm of my hand on the sand, in the sun, heading South.

Did We Drivel or drabble, Blither or blather, Prattle or prittle, Nitter or natter? Which two don't Match; Which two don't Belong? Yes, we know It's a choice, Yes, we know We'll be wrong.
